Strong fan
This fan is great. We use ut 8n our bathroom to help air circulation. It is reasonably quiet.

It's actually a good fan
It's better than expected given some of the previous reviews. It's quiet, really quiet. The way some people complained I was thinking it was going to sound like a shop vac full of marbles. It is actually quieter than the 5-in desktop fan I have.The airflow is decent. I can feel it from several feet away, walking by it feels like walking by an air conditioner set on low. Very cool air.The only problem I had was that Amazon shipped in its original packaging. That made it a target for theft and it had no padding to protect it from the shipping process.

Loud / Intense Vibration / Poor Quality
1 month after I got this fan I noticed it became very loud, almost sounding like it's breaking apart on the inside.9 months it began vibrating violently, making it unusable on a hard surface floor.11 months the fan stopped spinning but the loud noise is still present.It may just a blown fuse, but a blown fuse usually indicates an underlying issue.I would skip getting a vornado tower fan. Doesn't seem to have the same standards of quality.

Versatile and great for a single room.
Great fan, works as it should and for the price I can't really complain. I really love you can choose to use it as a bar or tower. It really comes in handy. I do wish it had one more air speed but that's just me.

Noisy, basic, expensive, questionable quality
I like that the fan was different than others. However, design-wise, this fan is awful. It cannot oscilate...for some reason I assumed it did like most towers do. You have three fan speeds, all of which are super loud. After a few uses it started developing a grinding sound that was grating on the ears and is causing who knows what damage inside the unit. For the limitations of being a loud, incredibly basic fan, the price is ridiculous. If you want to blow air in one direction from a long ways away in a place that doesn't echo (that's a no for tile) then this fan may work for you.

Base falls off
Love that it’s convertible to floor fan but the magnets don’t hold the stand together. I think Vornado makes great stuff but this is a disappointing

More than expected
Product works as described, sent on time. This one was factory refurbished, they sent an extra one in the box. Does the seller want it back or did they intend to send both?
