Haven't used the pans yet - just tested them on the new induction cooktop. They have a nice weight without being too heavy for me to lift. Word of caution for those with induction cooktops. The small pan in the set (1 qt) is too small for our smallest burner so that pan will get passed on to my daughter. The other 2 pans work on the induction cooktop.

I've been looking to replace my current pots after years of use. I always check reviews, and educate myself before any purchase. A "Ceramic finish" is the way to go. They have a much better and healthier surface to cook with. (The normal Teflon finish, eventually breaks apart, causing unhealthy practicals) I also, replaced my different size frying plans with a ceramic finish. I've been using them for over a year now, and they still look brand new! Food slides right off; they clean very easily, dishwasher safe, and no scraps & snatches. I would highly recommend these ceramic pots.

I bought these because I wanted the 1 QT for cooking sauces and that they had the handles and lids for cooking. The first set I bought doesn’t have the handles you have to put handle on when wanting to move or pick up pans I don’t like it because sometimes when cooking my pan wants to slide so I have to hook handle on to move back it says they are not recommended cooking with handle on so I will always make sure I get them with the handles . I love the way they cook no sticking and easy to clean would recommend them to family and friends or anyone as for as that goes. But mostly I’m glad you have put handles on your pans.

I really like these ceramic saucepans. They look nice and clean up easily.

This is an awesome pan!!! It is lightweight and nonstick and so easy to clean. Cooks perfectly!

Very happy with these! Made the switch to nontoxic kitchen cookware and I can tell the difference! Great value for the price! I love the variety in sizes, and each comes with a lid. The color is great and still holding up after much use. They are lightweight and sturdy. Very easy to clean as well.

I opened box (which was a gift) and found that the 1 quart sauce pan was chipped on the black rim in three places. This should have been caught when packing! I have contacted Michelangelo but don't have response as yet!
