Perfect, especially for the price
The media could not be loaded. Honestly I would buy this even if it was double the price, it's a perfectly fine working mic arm that has borderline no assembly, just having to put a pole in a holder and then clamp it on your desk, its really flexible with it moving up down left and right for the main arm, and having left right and up down swivel for the mic holder itself, and despite how easy it is to adjust how you want it will always stay in place and doesn't fall over time. For only £18 this is an absolute steal and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap mic arm. Other side notes, the microphone I am using is from ZealSound and is also very good for its cheap price, aswell as fitting this arm perfectly, and the clamp that comes with the mic arm should fit all desks.

The best microphone arm I've bought
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Sturdy, Versatile, and Perfect for Any Setup!I recently upgraded my recording setup with the Aokeo AK-48 Microphone Arm, and it has been a game-changer. Right out of the box, the build quality impressed me. The arm is made of durable materials that feel robust and reliable. Setting it up was straightforward, and it securely clamps onto my desk without any wobble or movement. One of the standout features is its compatibility. I've tested it with multiple microphones, including the Shure SM7B, Blue Yeti, and HyperX QuadCast, and it holds each one firmly without any issues. The adjustable scissor arm allows for smooth and precise positioning, making it easy to find the perfect angle whether I'm recording vocals, streaming, or podcasting. The cable management is also a nice touch, keeping my workspace tidy and free from clutter. Despite its compact design, the arm offers a generous range of motion and extends to a comfortable height and distance.Overall, the Aokeo AK-48 offers exceptional value for money. It's a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their audio setup with a reliable and versatile microphone arm. Highly recommended!

Not quite the same as the photos
I bought this for the price (under 15 quid at the time, thus very competitive) and because in the photos it has that nice, sturdy looking clamp with the little extra space upon which to hang your headphones - like the TONOR arm does, which at the time, was over double the price of this one.Anyway, the moment I got it out of the box, it was clear that the desk clamp was different to what was advertised. In fact, the picture of the clamp, is right there on the box and it's not the one in the listing photos. It works perfectly well of course and it's nice and deep so you can clamp onto a pretty thick surface. I've got it set up with my Blue Yeti. It looks good, seems plenty sturdy enough and there is plenty of movement.I don't actually care that it's not the one to hang my headphones on, I'm just a little disappointed that you showed very sturdy looking clamp, twice, in the listing, and that's not actually how your product is. If it weren't for the misleading advert, it'd be five stars all the way from me, because it's still great value for the price.

Fits Razer Seiren Mini no problem.
Fitted my Razer Seiren Mini fine. Seems a good solid build and easy to assemble and install. Would recommend this item at a good quality and price point.

Very much worth the price
A great and well made product which allows for over monitor mic setups.I'm using this mic arm to have it go over my PC and sit in front of my monitor to allow more desk space unlike typical mic arms.Product is made of metal and plastic and stays in place very well when titened up with the adjustment hand screws found on the side of each arm piece.Definitly recommend

Odd janky movement
I wish i had known that the arm uses a kinda gear system to put in place so it isnt smoothly adjustable. Also the second hinge is almost all or nothing in that no matter how small a movement you loosen or tighten the gear that its either solid and wont move or cant support its weight. The first does not operate in the manner suggested. So all the arm does is curl up up it doesnt have a concertina effect. So the first hinge cannot force the arm backwards eg all hinges are on the same direction. So while the first hinge does go anlittle beyond straight it doesnt work in the angle depicted. So in a way i am disappointed because it means you cant move the mic easily while filming. You basically need to loosen the joint(s) and then retighten. I didnt feel this was clear. I really wanted an adjustable one

Detailed review
I’ve been using the Aokeo AK-48 Microphone Arm for a little while now, and I’m honestly surprised by how sturdy and reliable it is, especially considering the price. At first glance, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a more affordable mic arm, but this one really exceeded my expectations.Sturdy BuildThe arm itself feels solid—definitely not cheap or flimsy. It's made of metal, and even when I attach a heavier microphone to it, it holds up really well. No sagging or unwanted movement once it’s in position, which is a big deal when you want to keep your mic steady during recordings or live streams.Smooth AdjustabilityAdjusting the arm is super easy, too. It rotates smoothly and can be positioned at almost any angle I need, whether I’m sitting down, standing, or just shifting around. It's compact enough to fit nicely on my desk without taking up too much space but still offers a good range of movement. It’s great for podcasting, streaming, or even video calls.Cable Management is a BonusOne of the small but really useful features is the built-in cable management clips. I love this because it keeps everything neat—no more dangling cables getting in the way! I can keep my workspace looking tidy, which isn’t something you always find in budget mic arms. This feature alone makes it feel like a step up from other cheaper options I’ve tried.
