adidas Defender Duffel Small Duffel Bag

I ordered this great bag in the electric blue and yellow color and wow! This bag is so bright! I was afraid the colors would be dull in person, but they pop. The bag is incredibly roomy.To the gym I carry a full size hair dryer, flat iron, work pants, work shirt, bra, underwear, cami, extra pair of jeans for after work, extra blouse, a towel, deodorant, perfume shampoo 2 in 1, water bottle, wallet, often an extra towel, and another pair of shoes. I know I carry a million things, and they all fit so perfect in my great bag. I do fold everything and that helps all of my junk fit. If I try and just stuff it all in there, it doesn't work. I love the little valuables pouch, I can easily put my keys there so they don't fall to the bottom. There are two side pockets, one has mesh netting so your shoes don't stink up the rest of your good clothes.Bottom line --I would recommend this to someone looking for a great gym bag, if you need more then what I listed, then this bag might fail your stuffing test. But if you're like me, then order this great bag!

When I ordered this bag, I saw the dimensions and tried to use a ruler to visualize the size it would be. I had a good idea, but until it came it really was sort of a guess. It came today and it compacts very well! My husband saw the bag and wondered if it would fit everything, and once I opened it up he was so impressed that he ordered one, too! It easily fits a pair of sneakers, gym clothes (or change of clothes), toiletries, and a towel. It even would make a great carry on bag for the airport as it will easily fit in an overhead. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because of the clips for the shoulder strap. They're fully plastic. And while it is a thicker plastic, I can see them breaking at some point if I regularly clipped/unclipped the straps. These really should be metal for the part that moves. That's my only criticism though.

I had purchased a previous Adidas bag that did not hold up as I would have liked. The piping fell off and the bag itself developed tears. However, when I read on the Amazon web site that the manufacturer provided a lifetime guarantee, I decided to give the bag another shot. So far (I have only had the bag for 3 months) the bag has met my expectations. However, the real test will be to see if it holds up over the next 2-3 years as advertised. If not, you can be sure I will be contacting the manufacturer for a replacement.

My daughter loves the colors. She is 9. She uses it for her soccer stuff, her size 4 ball fits in the ball spot fine, I didn't try a 5 but would assume it fits. We left the silicon package in the bottom of the bag and it works great to keep the bag smelling fresher by ridding it of extra moisture. Keep in mind a nine year old girl is not too smelly yet, but there was a notable difference when we had it in there vs, not. Just a little tip. She will be using it for trips this summer to camp, and swimming, and sleepovers. Much better than a suitcase which she though she wanted. Colors are spot on awesome.

I returned the Adidas Diablo bag, and got this one instead. The top-loading style makes it easy to add and retrieve items and sort through the bag. It has one ventilated side pocket, and regular side pocket, both of which are large enough for women's and most men's shoes. There is also a small pocket inside for valuables. The bag did not look exactly as pictured, but I like it anyway. This is a nice entry-level gym bag.

A big fan of Adidas, I was super psyched to see this bag(its cute, roomy, and a delight to load up) available. I personally had been looking at gym/duffle/weekender style bags for some time as I go through a couple of different gym activities and do travel a bit. This has worked perfectly, and I can't wait to do more traveling with it. I would recommend it for about a week, as its not super big, and if you can't wash on location, it may be a bit too small. But otherwise, I am thrilled with it.

This bag looks cool and did its job, but didn't last the test of time. I bought my mom a Runetz bag a few months later than buying this one. Her bag is still in excellent shape, and mine needs replacing. Also this is not super sturdy. I liked it while it lasted, but my next purchase will be the Runetz for better quality.

Overall this is a nice little duffel bag. In a pinch you can use it for up to four days of clothes as a carry on.The one inconvenience with it is when it is carried over your shoulder the plastic bits make a squeaking noise when you walk.It may not seem like a big negative, but when you are walking in a large airport to your terminal and it keeps making squeaking noises, the annoyance becomes an issue.
