Outrageous price! I thought this would be a pack of 6 or 10 for the price - of £20?? I only received one pack??

I have had a similar problem with Amazon. They have sent me a single carton instead of a 6-pack. This happened around 4 or 5 times! I have to complain and then they give me a refund and promise to sort out the problem. They are not deliberately cheating. There seems to be a problem either in their own listing or at the distribution centre, where the collector is seeing 1 and thinking it's a single carton. But this should have been sorted by now.

Please may I confirm for certain how many cartons are included in this price?
