If you want to power lift, this is not the product for you. BUT it is really good for the money for a good workout. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the bar is. It is a screw together bar that can hold a decent amount of weight. I can bench 200lbs with it. IMO worth the money.

Great addition to our garage gym! Takes up limited space and the padding is decent quality! Great value for weights as they can be expensive, but this brand is great!

I was excited about this and then it arrived with no weights in the box. The description is misleading and its sad because I see other reviews and they actually received their weights. I'll be returning and purchasing elsewhere.

Very economical for a personal equipment

I am disappointed that I was fooled. This is definitely not for adults. It seems like it is good quality. I was expecting something else. I don’t think this should be priced at $70. Maybe more like $50. The weight capacity is off. I am not happy with this purchase.
