I've lost 30lbs just having this shake for breakfast!
Update 11/7/2017: I've lost about 30 lbs, now I know it's the shake because it's the only thing I've been consistent with Monday thru Friday! I eat what I want the rest of the day and weekends in moderation (sometimes). Every person's body is different, but I think some of the bad comments are user error...like gritty-ness is just a matter of it not being shaken properly. Without my shaker bottle I think I wouldn't like it. Also, I no longer have a need to add peanut butter or bananas. It tastes like cold hot cocoa and I won't stop drinking it until I get to my ideal weight. Will upload pictures of my loss soon. <End of Update>Not sure if it's the Shake, or just me...but this stuff is Ah-Maz-Ing! I am in my early 30's, just had my first child almost 3 years ago, and my weight has fluctuated up and down within 100lbs consistently for the last 8 years. The last 2.5 years have been tougher since the birth of my son, and I also quit smoking cigarettes which increases my appetite for junk food, specifically sweets at night. Needless to say, I got to a point mentally where I was tired of gaining weight from eating snacks and unhealthy portions of things and I decided to find something to help me curb my appetite and give me the nutrition I need. After a lot of research, I went with this one because more people seem to have success with weight loss with FitMiss Shakes. Here's my honest review of the shake:It's been one week...I got the Chocolate flavor. The powder is very fine, and I used one scoop with 12 oz. of 2% milk. Upon my first inspection, I noticed that after I shook it up, I could still see some bits of the mix floating around so I just knew that it would have a grainy taste. To my surprise, it was very smooth. I could not taste/feel the bits of powder that I could see. The flavor was delicious! It was not too rich, like some semi-sweet chocoloate shakes that I have tried, but it was definitely reminiscent of chocolate milk. Honestly, since I was just starting, I was hungry still, so I had a protein bar shortly after my first shake. I now do 1.5 scoops in my 12oz. of milk, and I have also added peanut butter for a little more substance/protein and it's still delicious. For meal replacement, I suggest definitely adding banana or peanut butter. I put my milk in the freezer for about an hour before I mix it so the milk is cold, it makes me feel like I'm drinking a milkshake, YUMMY! I have tried two other shakes given to me by a friend since I started the shakes, and neither of them was as good as the FitMiss. I think I will try the Cappuccino next, but I don't know, the chocolate is to die for!I do not have cravings for sweets as much as I used to, I feel full faster with each meal, and I feel good on the inside. Now I don't know if my appetite has anything to do with the shake, or if it's just me being tired of this weight, but for now, I'm giving the credit for suppressing my appetite and giving me a fuller feeling to the FitMiss shake. If you are looking for a weight loss/protein shake that doesn't taste like a protein shake, you need to try this one! I'll add photos later.Disclaimer: I don't know how much weight I've lost in the past week because I have not weighed myself and don't plan to because I get obsessed with numbers, and I just want to feel good and look good by knowing that I'm doing the right thing for my health. A coworker did just ask me this morning if I was losing weight, and I just simply said "I'm trying."

Weird side effects BUT unsure if due to this product
So I’ve only been taking this product for two days now and here goes my honest review for it. I’ve been on the hunt for a protein shake because I just started my weight loss journey and I needed something to help keep me full and healthy and that was low in calories. I came across this particular product and read some amazing reviews about it and thought I’d give it a try.First of all, I got the chocolate flavor seeing as how it was the most popular and I use a blender so I don’t really get any of that chalky taste. I blend 1 scoop with unsweetened almond milk, a banana, and a tbsp of peanut butter. The taste is good. I felt full for hours after drinking it in the morning today for breakfast. I kinda forced myself to eat a light lunch because I still felt really full hours later. So I did some shopping, came home and still lacked an appetite. Which imo was great but then I started to feel weird.I got a really bad headache and felt super nauseous. It wasn’t anything I had eaten because I didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary. I even felt like maybe I just needed to lie down for a bit and close my eyes…thinking I just needed to rest after a long day. But that wasn’t it either. I had to take Tylenol then when that didn’t work, I took Advil, ended up throwing up (note: I did NOT have an upset stomach, just pretty bad nausea.) after a little while, I felt better. But I think it was due to the pain killers. The ONLY thing different from my day was that I took this protein shake. I have no idea if it will happen again when I drink it again but I’m a little nervous to do so. I had high expectations for this and I’m afraid it’ll make me sick. I have no known allergies and I normally suffer from IBS but I had no stomach issues with this…just a bad headache…almost migraine-like. I’ll give it a couple of days before I use it again and see if I have the same side effects. I hope I don’t because I like the fact that I felt full all day.I will try to update next time I take it.

I’m definitely optimistic about this shake
So this is only day 2 of me using this product. I love that it’s altered for just women. The low amount of protein kinda sucks but The low calories is a plus! However, I don’t really feel (when you follow the serving size) that it curves your appetite. Now I’m only on day 5 of my low carb diet.. (I’m trying to cut a little weight) so it’s possible my body hasn’t adjusted to the low carbs yet but I drank this shake at 9:45 and it never really filled me up. By 12 my stomach was growling. The pro to it being so low in calories and protein is I feel like I can double the serving size and still stay within my means. I’m not currently using this as a meal replacement but strictly just protein and recovery for my way home from the gym. The flavor is good, a little too sweet. I cut it with 12oz of almond/cashew milk to give it a creaminess. ***I personally don’t add any fruits or anything to my shakes when I’m cutting weight due to the sugar in fruits nor do I feel like you should even have to add anything. The shake SHOULD BE good the way it is.*** The shake is super smooth. I do use my ninja bullet but I’m sure a shaker bottle would do the job as well. It’s actually the smoothest shake I’ve ever had. I do already like this product but since it’s only day 2, take my review with a grain of salt.**** I will be updating this review in about a month or so after I’ve been able to test this shake out for a longer period of time!
