Usb charging ports quit after 5 minutes of use.Update: The company sent a new unit to replace the defective one. The new unit works as expected. Top notch customer service!

Easy to power all electronics with one oulet!
You must have this travelling in Europe / UK. Power outlets are usually very sparse. You can power all your electronis for everyone eith this!

Left me high and dry after only 2 days, but customer service was great
It worked fine for 2 days. Then on day 3 (of a 2 week stay) it stopped working altogether causing me to have to scramble to find some sort of replacement while in a rural Welsh town. I ordered it back in January, so it's too late to return it, otherwise I would have done so.Update: Even though it was outside the return window, the seller reached out to me and made it right. Stuff like this happens sometimes, but how a seller deals with it makes all the difference.
