Applied this to a problem area that seemed to have excess thatch build up & the grass would not really grow into the area. After just a few days of the application...i began to see grass coming in...and now its almost covered over 2 weeks later. Just applied with a good hose sprayer as directed, wait 10 minutes & then water it in along with the rest of the lawn...and voila.

Wasn't sure how this was going to work since I hadn't ever used a product like this before. I don't think I'd really say it dethatched the grass but it did make it more robust and look a lot healthier. Wasn't all that difficult to use either. Seems to be a good company producing this product given that the quality was excellent and did a good job.

I have an overly thick lawn which I use a thatcher for, but sometimes it is not enough. I tried this product on a whim. It didn't hurt my lawn at all. Smells kind of funky, but after a few weeks, it definitely broke down the old thatch under the lawn. Takes a while to spray depending on lawn size and you should do it on a cool day where there is no wind.

I ordered this but never used it. I talked to my lawn guy about it and he says he doesn't recommend you. So I honestly cannot give advice on this product.

Easy to follow instructions, I am going to finish 2 more applications and hopefully see results. I have a very thick layer of thatch and this is my last ditch attempt before renting a power rake to destroy my lawn. Applied, no strong scent easy to see where it’s sprayed water after applying and let it do its thing
