Translucent - not transparent
It seems to cover the pin pad keyboard OK, but the surface is dimpled similar to non-reflective sheet protectors but hazier. Comments from customers is that it makes it difficult to read. Font is so small and is non-changeable according to Intuit Point of Sale Support. If the screen were clearly transparent it would get better rating.

Screen Complete Blur
We ordered two of these and they both fit fine however the screen is blurry and the customers complain about not being able to read. We wanted these so we could easily wipe down the pads. Now we will probably trash them because of complaints. Very disappointed.
