I really do like this product. I take it around 4:30 a.m before work on an empty stomach. I have zero issues with it. I thought it would take a while before I noticed any results. I was thinking maybe 2 bottles in. Well nope about 3 weeks later I realized that my hair and nails and my skin looked so much healthier. While I bought it for the gut health benefits I also see very satisfying cosmetic results. I truly think it has helped me lose weight along with the vitamin D3 with K2 that I am also taking. I will most definitely be a frequent buyer of this from now on.

Highly recommend! I’ve been taking colostrum for about a year and this is the best I’ve found. I take 2 at bedtime and 1 in the morning. My skin & hair are in much better shape.As a woman in her 50s I noticed thinning eyebrows & thinning hair around my face and temples. After a week my skin felt great and not long after my eyebrows & thin spots were growing back in with my natural color- not grays!

I take these every day. These, plus a hundred other products, procedures, and supplements keep my 68 year old skin sort of youthful ( sigh...). I actually have no idea if they help, but they surely don't hurt!!

We took it in our travel to South America. No problem with our stomach even though we ate everything. Good product.
