I bought this olive oil to make a recipe of orange and olive oil sugar cookies from King Arthur Flour, and neither the oil nor the recipe disappointed. They are new favorite cookies! at half a cup of olive oil per batch, that's half of one of these bottles, so it's a bit pricey, but a lovely Christmas treat, and I will definitely buy it again. right now I have the lemon infused olive oil in the kitchen waiting to try the same recipe with lemon. thank you, Texas Hill country!

The rosemary is forward, while also tasting the olive oil. Delicious as a finishing oil in salads, on proteins & starches, as well as a dip for veg or bread.Have purchased multiple bottles over the years & will continue to do so.
