Heavy Duty Backdrop Stand 10x10ft, Pipe and Drape Background Stand

The shipping time was less than expected, I purchased a used equipment and it worked fine. The bag was torn but that didn’t bother me. It’s very heavy but durable. No more of those light weight stands for me, it’s was a waste of money.

I'm very pleased with this stand. The bases are quite heavy, and the stand plus a curtain worked well during an outdoor event, placed inside a pop-up tent with sand bags on the bases for extra support. I needed a helper when setting up to confirm that I'd gotten each side to an even hight, but otherwise, very easy for me to set up alone. The bag is big enough to also store the curtains I plan to use as a backdrop.

This stand is very sturdy and great quality. It handles a fair amount of weight and definitely won't fall over on you. You may need some assistance with standing it up if you have a banner but with a regular backdrop you will be fine. I would highly recommend.

Love it easy to put together and use. My only issue is I can’t get the poles locked in enough for me to pick them up to move them around. But beside that it’s sturdy and does the job.

We used this product last year outdoors for a Children's Cancer Research Fundraiser. It worked well but there was absolutely no breeze. This year being used for only the 2nd time every--even with the slightest breeze--it was not stable. The bottom screws stripped and the welding for the metal screw assembly at the bottom literally cracked off. It was much more trouble than it was worth. For this price and only good for one event, I would look elsewhere. I am hoping that we can at least get two new end pieces so that it can still be used indoors---no breeze. Additionally, it is difficult to get the side pieces locked in at the height you want. It takes a little practice and I would definitely do this before trying to mount the top bar into the slots. Once the top bar is in place, be very careful not to shift the frame because the hook on the top bar bend easily. (By the way our side bar bottom plates were secured with 75 pound weights and double staked lines on either side. I also would not recommend using this at a 10 foot extension height and do not use a full backdrop. Too unstable.) Is there a way to at least get two bottom pieces of the side bars with new screws.? I don't need all of the extensions on both sides, just the bottom part and new screws. I will use this for indoor events only.

The first thing anyone would notice about this item is that it's heavier than anticipated. I think that's because it's so well made. The floor plates have to be heavy to support the uprights. One thing I didn't notice until I assembled it was that the floor plate does not screw directly into the adjustable upright; rather, it screws into a much shorter pipe that the upright slides into. I think this makes assembling much, much easier. Laster, exactly as I wanted it, this backdrop stand is fully adjustable between its lowest/highest and narrowest/widest parameters. My only real complaint is the bag. It holds the dissembled pieces adequately, but I'm just not too sure how this bag will last over time. I did extensive research on backdrop supports, and this one checks all the boxes. It may be a wee bit pricey for what it is, but great quality is something I expect to pay a little more for. I highly recommend it!
