I've placed this on my bedside table as sometimes I like to watch TV in bed and find the big light too bright! This lamp has three different light outputs meaning you can adjust it to your preference.It comes with USB charging on the side which means you don't have to take up another plug socket to charge your devices or use any sort of extension lead / double plug. The lamp also comes with an LED bulb meaning it's cheap to run!The touch is fairly responsive, there have been a few times where I've touched it and nothing has happened but that's been my experience with all touch lamps so I haven't factored this into my star rating.I did however find two slight drawbacks which is why I've knocked it down a star. Firstly, if you have a big hand it can be quite difficult to screw the lamp shade down into position (and install the bulb.) Secondly, when plugging USB devices in, you have to touch the lamp to hold it in position. This means it'll change it's brightness setting. I feel maybe they should've included a 'dead spot' somewhere where you could hold it without activating the touch turn on.Overall however it is a good lamp and I would still highly recommend it.
