Sleep through the night
I've always had trouble staying asleep. These have helped with that. The taste isn't so great but they do keep me asleep. I take 2 and have at times taken 3 but then I notice I wake up groggy. The gummy is soft and easy to chew. They were also not clumped together like some can be. Im on my second bottle and will continue to buy. They also are inexpensive so that is a plus
