My husband had prostate surgery and afterwards, it left him needing to wear a clamp due to leakage. He tried several brands and has found these Wiesner clamps to be the best, and for years now, they're the only ones he has me order. We're so glad to see them selling them in a value pack, because the pads wear out long before the clamp ever does. It was rather frustrating having to order a set just to get the pad. I never understood why they didn't sell more pads to begin with. He's pleased with how well these clamps work, and how they stop any leakage issue he had. Thank you Wiesner for adding the Value Pack kit, we will continue to buy it from now on !!!

The Weisner Incontinence Clamp is a well-made and secure clamp that works well. It may need a little sanding to get rid of hard edges before use. My 2 previous Weisner clamps both broke near the ratcheted part after many months of use, hence 4 stars.

Updated from an original 4 star review. I can't recommend these at all now. The silicone rubber pads no longer hold their form anymore. A $45 bundle doesn't even last a month. There's nothing confident boosting about a clamp that constantly slips off making it messy, demoralizing, and infuriating. Avoid these.

Just as expected. Only a little expensive.

The clamp is comfortable but does leak occasionally. It is also simple to use and better than leakage before use.

We feel the pads should last longer.It would be much more economical if the pads could be bought separately .

When I first started buying these a few years ago, the blue rubber pads lasted much longer - at least a few months or more. In fact, the clamp broke or wore out before the blue pads lost their shape and effectiveness. Since then, the longevity of the pads have gradually declined and lately seem to loose their effectiveness after only a few weeks or maybe a month or so. The clamp lasts but the pads get weak soon. I would rate the originals at at least a 4 star but now I can only give the product a 2 star rating. A few weeks ago I tried modifying the set-up using a split piece of surgical tubing beneath the pad stretched onto the plastic insert and that seems to be working better at least for the short term and hopefully much longer. If not, I'll be looking to try a different brand. NOTE: I JUST CHECKED MY AMAZON ORDER HISTORY - in 2018 I was able to get by with one order per year but since last April 2025 to now Jan. 2026, I've had to order four!!!
