This is perfect for potty training for your child. Even though it has dinosaurs on it I still got it from my daughter because of the amazing quality that it is. She had a few accidents on it and not one drop went on the mattress. The quality is excellent and it has served its purpose 10 times more than what I thought it would. it is organic cotton and has multiple layers. It goes in the wash no problem nothing happens to it. And even though it has be a couple of accidents and a few washes, it still looks brand new. I love it and if anything happens to it, I would buy it again and again.

My 4yr old had a few incidents at night and it seemed to absorb the liquid well. Though, my l.o was wearing pull-ups, was leakage from the pull-ups rather direct peeing on it, if that makes a difference.Easy to clean, just toss it in washer. But to be safe, i use delicate cycle for both washing and drying. Pretty comfortable and it doesn't get hot at night.

Accidents? This thing is comfortable to sleep on, large enough to handle rolling kids, no sticky or crunchy.. there is no sound. It doesn't overheat my kids. It makes for quick and easy washes: pop the pillow case/water resistant cover (if pillow got wet), blanket, and this pad in the wash on an oxyclean wash (or your hottest wash cycle) and you're good. Occasionally the dryer doesn't dry it enough and we need to dry it again. If you don't overload the washer, it tends to dry the first time here. Overall, we recommend these and have one in the unicorn and dinosaur colors. No more diapers over here!I should add, I have big kids... think D1 players big haha. Night time diapers just aren't in their size... and they are still young enough to benefit from at least a pull up at night. This pad has given them the opportunity to wear underwear at night and have quick clean ups. They get to keep their sheets on while mom sneaks this guy and a blanket into the wash. It's less embarrassing and not frustrating for us adults either. I started with two kids needing these pads and now only one does. They really do help with potty training as the kids get to feel accidents.Also, pro tip: if they have an accident in the middle of the night, have a spare pad. If you don't, in a pinch, you can fold the pad over and you'll have a smaller space but a dry surface that is still protected. It isn't ideal but we were shocked at how the pad didn't smell when folded over and my daughter was able to get a second chance not to bed-wet. Now we have two of them since my son doesn't use his anymore so we just swap them out.. but when we didn't, folding it over every now and then was a life saver.

With the description, it will be bigger in size but it's small size but with my son's age (3) it's serving the purpose. So good !
