Relaxes without drug interactions
Since I began using this sleep aid several years ago, I'm able to relax at bedtime and sleep through the night. I showed to bottle to my Dr. Said he also uses it and not an issue for my health. Doesn't interact with other meds.

Helps Sleep but Swells Prostate Gland
These do tend to make me sleepy as do other brands. The only problem I have is the impact the ingredients have on my prostate. They cause enough enlargement to block urination channels at night. If you have this problem, try them using caution. I am not medically trained, but I have experienced this problem personally with this product.
