These beakers are well made. I bought them to make soap in. I feel that the slender shape will keep the mixture in the container as opposed to splashing out as I rapidly stir it.

Great set of beakers and arrived unbroken and packaged well. The 1000ml has a nice flat bottom for use on with my magnetic stir plate, spins nicely at 400 rpm.

I use these beakers for basic chemistry experiments at home. Although I get some good use out of them, the thinness of the glass makes them slightly delicate. The largest beaker broke when I stored it in the styrofoam it was packaged in. The smaller beakers work great though. For the price, these beakers are a good choice for at-home scientists.

Bought these for our daughter who is a chemistry major in college. She loves to use them to drink tea, etc!

I'm just a home owner that has the need for occasional, washable, non-porous measuring devices that won't irritate the wife if I use them. I use them for things like insecticides, fertilizers, heavy-duty cleaning chemicals, solvents, etc. These rinse out real well and can get put in the dishwasher if need be.
