Hi I ordered full for my 16’3 fitted a bit tight!! but where I pulled them to fix to the Velcro they tore off as the stitching was so close together it was like “Perforate” meaning “make a row of small holes in (paper) so that a part may be torn off easily “”But easily fixed,, as I sowed cross-stitched to attach them back on, and they fitted better “so depending on your 13’3 has chunky leg I’d go for cob! Hope this helps
