I'm new to rowing. This item was well packaged. All the parts were there and in excellent condition. The instructions were well thought out and need to be followed exactly. I watched some instructional videos and have used it a few times. Everything functions smoothly and perfectly. It is ultra quiet. Note: there is a little cable tie holding the monitor cables. You will have to very carefully snip and remove the cable tie in order to mount the monitor. Otherwise, you will not be able to insert the connectors into he monitor housing after your have connected the wiring. Do all of this gently and carefully. Note 2: Do not attempt any of the assembly with pets or children around. Do not let anyone help you who thinks they are smarter than the instructions. Note 3: Do not attempt the assembly if you are in a hurry. You can't rush it. Note 4: Some of the parts are heavy. The thing will get heavier and heavier as you continue the assembly. If you cannot lift the box it comes in, have a 'passive' helper nearby. This is probably true with any other one you might buy. When assembled and in use, heavy is a very good thing. Note 5: ALL rowing machines sit close to the floor. If you have difficulty squatting or arising from a squat position, keep that in mind before purchasing. Yes, I recommend this device.

High quality parts, easy to assemble, comes in a nice sized box, it’s not crazy heavy and it works great! Very good for the price.

Let's be honest, if you use a rower at the gym and expect this to be the same..... Well, you will be disappointed. The resistance does not feel the same, but that is not to say you cannot get a good workout in. It has multiple resistance levels that are minor in difference, the seat moves smoothly and it is pretty quiet. I am 6'2" and I can move freely on it. It was disappointing that the display module did not work out of the box. Have yet to contact the company for a replacement though (have had the machine for a week). Easy to build, easy to move and good for the price.

I know we all try to buy American, and we roll our eyes at China from time to time - however, the packaging of this product was amazing. I was impressed just over the way it was packaged. They must have hired a top packaging engineer for this - and I am not being sarcastic.Next, putting this together, was very simple, I did not use the booklet, I used the video online, this made it very easy. It took me the same time to unpack this from the box as it did to put it together, at least it seemed like it. The only part that slowed me down a bit was the display panel has two wires that come out from the back that need to be hooked up, well one of those wires was stuck inside of the panel. I needed to get a little hook to pull it out from the panel in order to hook it up. A very minor issue.The real test was using the row machine - it has been great. I read some people complained the resistance was not enough, the resistance was perfect - no problems at all. I think those people just did not use the product long enough, as after 5-7 minutes I felt the resistance. Also, a row machine is not made for you to struggle with each pull. I have been getting great workouts. Oh, and ZERO noise!I highly recommend - great price, great packaging, easy assembly, great product for exercise.

Not too bad to assemble. Better to turn the machine to match schematics as you put it together. Pro tip: #30 bolts are IN the slide rail. Schematics are just a little off. Works exactly as expected. Everything you could want, and more compact/convenient to store than you thought. Got a good workout the first time I used it. Love how light and quiet it is too. This is the only model I found in this price range with the additional support at the highest stress point of the seat rail. Better than a water rower, given all the pros, especially if you are new to rowing. Still a great workout. Was absolutely full body. Niiiice. Totally worth the money, in my opinion. We'll see how warranty and customer service do, if needed.

Arrived very well-packed by the manufacturer. Assembly was easy enough and the machine is nicely constructed and solid. Just wanted a simple water-resistance rowing machine and this surely delivers. Great bang-for-the-buck machine.

The machine was quick to put together and easy to use. What a great edition to our home workout routine! Highly recommend it!

EDIT TO POST:Customer service is not the best. Did not fix error, simply refunded product with no return and now we have a semi functional device.This is a very functional device, however it does not connect to the Bluetooth like it says it should. Also the screen to monitor progress does not function. If you like working out blind, then this is for you. If not, the manufacturer need to step up and correct this.Very easy build, it’s quiet when you row so you can watch TV while rowing. And the resistance is great once you get a good cadence going.

La verdad es que viene más sencilla de lo que creí, la verdad quedé muy angustiado por la compra, no me gustó, me la quedaré porque es mucho problema regresarla, pero la verdad no la compren, es la cosa más sencilla que he comprado, en fotos se ve excelente, pero la verdad no vale la pena
