These are the best earbuds I bought in a long time. I was looking for something to run on an old LG phone and iPod, and the clarity of these is really good for the price. The different options of your tips or foam was great for a comfortable fit. Comfortable overall great buy and likely going to order the balanced onesas well. Make sure to choose the right connector for device compatibility. 3.5mm and 4.4mm options available.

Found the sound quality to be some what flat which is fine for me. Works as any other earbuds uses 3.5mm and plugged in anywhere. The fit is really the only thing I found bad about the product. In my ears they don't quite as hurt however once I take them off they hurt a bit. Having small ears could result to this, but they did come with foam covers I put on and the pain isn't that bad.

I use them with the black foams on. Directly plugged into my Mac laptop (3.5mm adapter), and they sound plenty loud at 19% to 25% in a quiet home-office setting. I love earbuds and much prefer them to both headphones and IEMs because of the comfort and the balance between good sound and environmental awareness. Earbuds lose sub-bass compared to IEMs, but most of the music I listen to does not have sub-bass, so that doesn''t bother me at all. I prefer a good midrange and clear, non-fatiguing highs, and these earbuds deliver plenty in that category. I will compare them to my Apple EarPods (3.5mm and USB-C), my go-to earbuds until now, but I think these NiceHCK have more sparkle, detail, and presence. I'd have to spend $80 for the Dunu Alpha 3 to get better build quality and sound than these, but I think they don't include a mic, which is useful for Zoom/Teams meetings and phone calls.

Background: my go-to headphone of this type was the Sennheiser MX365, which was discontinued a few years ago. This pair cost slightly more than the MX365 used to, and doesn't sound nearly as good. How headphones sound is, of course, hugely subjective, but I'd call these "worse than standard-issue Apple earbuds". The build material seems good at first, but it's slightly heavier than it needs to be, and as such, feels like it's falling out of my ears. Likewise, the cord seemed premium at first, but turned out to be weirdly stiff, such that tugs and jostles further down the cord can displace the buds themselves.

They sound amazing, took some getting used to, but now they are very enjoyable to listen with. The fit is good, but I'm not sure how compatible they are to sleep with do to their metallic shell. The build quality looks and feels really good. The aluminum shell is very well made. One potential issue: because the shell is metallic it could get really cold in winters, and it gets warm easily from your body heat. This might take some getting used to compared to plastic shells, and on really cold days you might want to warm it with your hands before putting it on your ears. TIPS: (I'm not an expert so take these with a grain of salt) 1) You might need to fiddle with you system's audio settings such as Hz Frequency 2) These headphones make it easier to hear imperfections from the audio itself. If something doesn't sound right try to listen again using other headphones/speakers, you might find out that the song itself has imperfections (or sometimes effects that are purposely meant to sound like imperfections) 3) Finally, while I don't think you need a high quality DAC and/or AMP for these, investing in a good enough 3.5mm to USB adapter with built-in DAC might help.
