Very poor customer service of BLUESTAR
Item delivered in jun 24 and just after four month of installation product got defective and not working. F1 Error is showing on display.Two complaint lodged for repair of the product on 23 Sep 24 and 24 Sep 24.Company and service centre not turned up till date to resolve the issue as item is under warranty.Very poor service support of BLUESTAR after selling the product.Amazon is also not providing support for the above said issue.

Cooling is good.
Been using it for 4 months now.Pros -- nice cooling- working great as ac should work.- installation team work is good.Cons -- i really am upset with the remote, no display this time i have to contantly look at ac every time which is very frustrating.- they should really improve the remote.

This product is very Good like good Cooling,performance are too good.. And also service is very good.

Good A/C with 3 Star Rating
The Product description says 80 Months Comprehensive warranty which the Bluestar Authorised Service Centre installation denied but then i reached out to Amazon where they have give in writing the assurance that they will take care of the default in future. Bluestar AC is a deal at this price. Got 5% Amazon pay cash back as well. The noise is somewhat more but that is due to the increase airflow. It looks a decent buy

AC giving multiple Errors codes and problems on day one itself
Bad quality product. First day picture of 5 Star Inverter Window AC. Motherboard removed by service team as it is giving multiple errors codes E3, E4, E6 etc. Also hard to return or replace products purchased through sellers on Amazon. Take informed decision before spending your hard earned money.

Defective product is delivered
The swings of the AC is not working and dispite complaint it's been 03 week no revert is received from supplier , pathetic service , waiting for warranty period to be over.

Strongest air flow in ACs but cooling is also good.
Good product. Thanks. Service was very fast but they were not very experienced. Still acceptable.
