This egg slicer works great for eggs. I even turned the eggs to make smaller pieces to add to a salad. It worked great both ways. It slices the eggs without crushing them and it slices them quite well. It is heavy duty and I expect it to last a long time.

Works well but a little bulky to storage in kitchen drawers

I purchased this egg slicer. It came in with a bad finish (see photos). I ordered a replacement of the same item. It came in with similar finish issues (but less of it). I decided to keep and use this one. After only 2 uses 4 of the wire "blades" loosened just enough that they rip through the egg instead of cutting it. Definitely very disappointed in this product.

This egg slicer is heavy duty and very well made. It easily slices through eggs with without crushing the egg. It also works great on avocados. This will be a kitchen staple for many years to come. Highly recommend.
