Amazing product. Totally worth it ❤️

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product one month ago with limited warranty of 6 years 8 months. Cooling is up to the mark, I am highly disappointed with fake commitment of installation team, I have tried to contact the installation person multiple times and they assured me he will install the AC on time but no one turned up for 6 days and at last I registered the complaint to Blue Star team. At last I received the message my number is not reachable and we cancelled your booking what a rubbish, nonsense behaviour.

After a month ,as we have seen when the first time AC we turn ON the A.C. then the A.C. fan will run, after that as soon as it comes in its colling mode, it will start vibrating immediately and the vibrate is so much that the line has also come in the nearby wall, you can see it in my photo also. You can even seecolling b is doing the job. Remote temperature remote control also does not work.The second thing is that if you ever install a new A.C. then the company gives free instillation but these are charge(900) money on us.It's totally wrong ..

The AC is good , well packed and was delivered on time , good follow up by the Blue Star customer support to help set up a quick appointmentThe AC cools quick and is value for moneyHave yet to receive a bill from my power supplier to gauge the reduction in the bill , but am not so worried about that yetNoise levels are not so high , manageable as per meJust 2 points I’d like to share1 the plug is not included so the Blue Star guys come to fix will charge 100 extra for a plug2 you will need a masters degree in astro physics, to set the timer settings via the remote 😋

I got the ac last year it works fine , however the after sales service is bad , I have 2free services in the 1st year , have not received a call for it yet , whereas when I had taken a godrej ac they were quite proactive in after sales service , they would call me to remind about the free service

So here is my review after 01 day of usage.1. Ordered on 21 Apr and delivered on 23 Apr. Delivery was very prompt.2. Installed on 24 Apr afternoon by blue star service guys.(however other than opening the box and putting in it a window, all other work like wire extension, MCB fitting, grill cutting, wooden frame making and fitting done by my local electrician.) So it took only 15 minutes to blue star guys to install.3. It costed me around 26.2 K after discount plus standard installation charges of 767.4. Looks-- AC looks premium and remote supplied with it was also nice.5. I used it for 6 hours in night at 24° for 20 min , 26° for 20 min and rest of the time 28°. Outside temp was 35°6. 5 units of electricity were consumed on above mentioned temp.7. Noise level is not high. It's very quiet. however it depends on fitting of AC in window.P.S. - it's my review after one day usage. It may change afterwards.Edit on 29 Aug 22--After 4 months of use it's running superb with no problem. Got 1st free dry service done. 2nd free will be full service before expiry of one year from purchase

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE..On the day of delivery, 2 people came in small pickup truck. They asked where it needs to be delivered. I told them my flat is on 3rd floor. 1 of them was a driver, he just refused to pickup the AC. 2nd person requested me to pick it up. I asked him why they don't have enough manpower as they make big deliveries. He said "aaj ladka nahi aaya". My building consists 4 floors and there is no elevator. It was such a huge and pathetic task to lift up the AC box as it was very heavy ( around 68 kgs) 😤. We tried lifting up, rolling the box a bit and every possible ways to just get it reached to my flat🥵. Thank God, box was still intact and nothing happened to AC. Amazon really needs to work on their pathetic delivery service😤😤PRODUCT EXPERIENCE..Got a call from Blue Star same day in just 2 hours after the delivery for enquiries and installation. 2 people came and they opened the entire box and inspected the product. Kudos to their work, they were very polite and did a neat job.The AC looks quite beautiful in milky white colour and its very less noisy. Performance is awesome as it cools my room in just 8-10 mins even during extreme afternoon time. Energy Saver feature works quite well. AC runs for approx 7-8 hours a day and consumes 6 units. Overall, very happy with the product 😁..
