What's in RAW Essential Pre-Workout and how much caffeine does it have?

Each scoop delivers 200mg of caffeine, 4g L-Citrulline for blood flow and pumps, 3.2g Beta Alanine to fight fatigue, plus L-Tyrosine and taurine for focus. 30 servings per container.

Is this pre-workout good for beginners, or is it too strong?

It's built for all experience levels, from first-timers to advanced lifters. The 200mg caffeine dose is moderate, not a high-stim formula, so it's a solid entry point if you haven't used pre-workout before.

How do I take it and when should I drink it?

Mix one scoop with 200 to 400ml of water or your preferred beverage. Drink it 20 to 30 minutes before your workout for the best effect.

Is it third-party tested and safe for competing athletes?

Yes. It's third-party tested and Informed Sport certified, meaning it's checked for banned substances, so it's safe for tested athletes and general users alike.

Does it cause a tingling sensation, and is that normal?

The beta alanine in this formula can cause a mild tingling feeling in some people, this is normal and not a reaction to worry about. If you'd rather avoid that, RAW also makes a Tingle-Free version without beta alanine.

Great basic pre, no frills but full of everything.

Great preworkout, no frills. The Beta alanine isn't too heavy. I find that shaking up the container every once in a while helps redistribute everything.Flavour is good, generic peach. Energy is clean, no crash. No added colouring. Would love to try the other ones in the range.

Buen producto

Good flavor and works well

Taste great! It doesn’t make me jittery at all and I’m very sensitive to caffeine or things that contain it. It helped get me more energized in just the right amount to get me to get that PM workout routine in
