I bought these to keep myself from scratching my oak mite bites it while also giving me some relief from the discomfort. The sleeves are perfect. They fit very comfortably and are a bit compressive without feeling like it’s something that I can’t wear consistently. They also got cold really fast so I didn’t have to wait too long to be able to wear them. I wish I could’ve been a little bit cheaper as I’ve spent so much money trying to get comfortable with my current condition. However, they are certainly affordable and worth the money.

I have Ehlers-danlos syndrome, and one of the issues is I'm always!! Dislocating or having a sprained joint. Pulled muscles. Multiple Multiple surgeries. I have every brace and I've pack you can think of. However this little guy right here is the best. Freeze it in the bag or comes in. And you'll have the most comfortable ice sleeve that last hours. Heated is like the best warm hug on your joints. No clumping up, I can still sleep like a baby it's that comfortable. Just buy it. Hell buy 2.

The S/M is ideal for an average sized elbow. It provides a snug fit with surrounding cold therapy that is almost impossible (or at least very inconvenient) to create using standard ice packs. It comes out of the freezer very cold but, as others have noted, it does seem to warm a bit faster than other ice packs. I get a good 6 - 8 minutes out of it at very cold temperatures with another few minutes of cool which is enough to calm down my tennis elbow as needed.

A very versatile item that can be used hot or cold. I keep mine in the freezer. Excellent soft covering and gel. Easy to slip on and off various joints, or use as a flat. Does not last very long, but that's probably okay.

The sleeves slide on with ease. I use them for some side effects from chemo in my lower legs. So far they have been a welcome relief factor. I use them cold after leaving them in the freezer for several hours. The resealable bags they come in are a plus too. They protect the sleeves when you aren’t using them or leave them in the freezer for next time. Five stars for a comfortable product that provides soothing relief.

These are great ice packs for sore knees. Love that they stay in place and provide 360 therapy. Great to travel with.

This sleeve gets very cold and stays that way for a long time! It’s great. We’ve used it for post rehab soreness and migraine relief. You don’t have to worry about it leaking. Highly recommend!

Great item I use it for heat most. But it doesn’t stay warm enough. Only 5 or 7 minutes. I have to go back to the microwave
