Easy install - cool looks!
People really notice this! it brings new life into my 1998 SLK, and I like it better than the factory mesh because I can see better. Definitely a cool upgrade, it catches peoples eye and is a lot of fun night driving with the top down.Cons - I had to order a rechargable battery pack, the connection the windscreen called to connect to my battery under the dash was not there. I really wish I would have just ordered the battery for 25$ before I took my dash apart and spent all afternoon trying to figure out how to hardwire it. you can get the battery packs on amazon just search car light rechargable battery pack.This might be common with glass wind deflectors, but it reflects everything in my forward vision into the rear view mirror, so at night i'll see the reflection of brakelights a lot in my rear view.Wind reflection is not as good as the mesh, as the mesh OEM goes over the seat headrests and offers more resistance.Overall even with these cons - It really looks cool at night with the top down, a lot of people really notice it, and the installation is pretty easy and once you get used to it the reflections aren't so bad. Plus I called the tech support guys and they were helpful and responsive to texts and pictures I had installing the windscreen.5-stars, It's so cool I don't regret one bit.
