Great tool
Excellent for tracking your SPO2 levels during the night, especially if you suspect you have sleep apnea or want to see how well your CPAP is working

The ability to keep track of my O2 levels while I sleep
My DR. Recommended me getting an O2 monitor that I could wear while sleeping. Love the easy set up. Sensor will alarm if O2 drops below set level Being rechargeable I don't have to worry about batteries

NO APP SUPPORT... Can't upgrade!
The device is fine, but it uses and APP called, ViHealth. I bought this a year and use it successfully every night.... HOWEVER, I wanted to actually spend the money to upgrade to get more data for my doctor. I was told my device was too old, even though the app works with it on the standard mode every night. So beware.... Can't upgrade! There appears to be another copy of this that uses the SAME APP, called WEARPULSE. Strange they won't fix this. I mean, I was ready to give them $75 per year. Now I'm looking for another brand.I have a few WELLUE products, and all of them have failed to support their product in less than a year. My BiPAP machine is also WITHOUT APP SUPPORT. My blood pressure machine works, but it quite lame compared to my previous machine.

Essential if you must use a CPAP or bipap machine.
I purchased this to monitor the effectiveness of my CPAP, since it doesn’t monitor SP02 levels. This device does that as you sleep, and gives you useful data in the morning on your SP02 levels, your pulse and movements during the night. Overall, the device is small, so you can wear it like a wristwatch, with the sensor on the biggest finger it will comfortably fit it. A couple of gripes: the connection is small and fragile: if possible, a USB C connection would be better and less fragile. 2: the software features a tiny font that’s hard to read; bigger would be much better.

A must-have for nurses
I'm a nurse and I use this as I get vital signs on numerous patients every day. I always get a reading, even if they're wearing nail polish. I changed it two weeks ago and it's still going strong. The connector is kinda old-school...like a mini USB old style Motorola V3.No issues. A must-have if you're a nurse.

Works but is frustrating
So it performs its main function well enough. It gets you oxygen measurements along with movement very frequently. The trouble for me comes after that. I download the log on my phone easily, but the device doesn’t shut off and there’s no way on it or in the app to control that. It just sits there with a screen lit up, uncontrollable, wasting battery And shining in your blurry sleepy eyes (simulated in the attached picture).Today I wanted to use it to log my oxygen during a short nap. But four hours after him finishing the overnight session, the wrist device is still unresponsive. It doesn’t restart logging in until it turns off, apparently. It’ll turn off eventually, I know, but I can’t find a way to make it.I tried using the Feedback button in the app for assistance, but that just gives me an error message after I’ve typed everything. Also, it uses its own special USB cord, so now I have three things to manage and keep track of ( especially if I go traveling), instead of one. The wristband unit, the sensor cord, and the secret squirrel charging cord. I wish it just used a common standard USB cord. One less thing, it would be nice if there were an option in the app to turn the screen back on to display your readings continuously. It’s nice that it turns off when you’re using it overnight, but a continuous monitor without having to look at the app would be useful as well.

The Negative reviews for this Item are Unfair
The negative reviews for this item are somewhat unfair... The app you need is pretty good, actually excellent considering that it was developed in Shenzhen China... And that is where something like this has to come from... If an American company designed this product they would have to sell it at a huge markup just to cover all the legal headaches involving medical products in the US... So the tech company that designed this product is in China and that basically shields them from our over-the-top regulations and from the hyper-inflated liability exposure an item like this tends to have here... I am quite satisfied with this thing... no real complaints.

le dura hasta 10 horas la pila y se sincroniza muy fácil con la app, además de que puedes configurar los parámetros para la alarma
