I purchased this E-bike at the end of July and yes, it is now Sept. Today, I finally, (with a friend who has an E-bike), took the bike out and with her help and knowledge, I must say, this bike is fun to ride! Once you get the hang of it, the bike is easy to use and runs great.Now , let's get to one of the reasons it took me so long to get this bike together. Once I unfolded the bike, I couldn't close the fold fastener to make it flush against the body to lock the safety on the fastener. There was a metal ball like thing that suck out too far. After communicating back and forth for a week because of the time difference and technical problems(my video and their's wouldn't download.it was a simple solution. At the center of the ball is a tiny hexagon hole which you would use the right size allen wrench to screw it in just a little more. Problem solved!Once I was able to lock the bike, the rest was easy peasy. Every thing went smoothly until I was about to connect the headlight and found the connection had cracked and the pins in it were bent. I again contacted customer service and a new headlight was sent.The bike looks nice and is easy to assemble, is fun to ride and runs smooth. A great deal for the price!I had purchased this on Amazon Prime Day and it was on sale for $699. + $50 shipping. I was charged $799 + $50 shipping. I contacted CS and they said they would honor the $699. I am now waiting for my refund.Great Bike! Great Customer Service!

I searched and compared and reviewed A LOT of e-bikes before deciding on this one because of price and battery life. In less than two months I’ve put nearly 200 miles on it and there have been no problems. It’s packed very well for delivery and arrived undamaged. I did unscrew the foam pad from the back rack and zip-tie a milk crate onto the rack instead to carry things.It’s very fun to ride, like a mini-motorcycle, and has a comfortable seat. The throttle is easy to use and very powerful. The three speeds hold steady at 9mph, 15 mph, and 19mph. If you pedal, it will keep you at whichever speed level you select. If you use the throttle, you can adjust speed as much as you want (for example: level 3 pedaling would hold me at 19mph, level three throttle I can hold at any speed 1mph-19mph).Battery life has been wonderful. My longest trip so far has been 20 miles, and I still had half life on the battery bar. I ride on paved surfaces around the city for fun and to work.It weighs 70-75 lbs, so consider that when folding and picking up to put in a car or store it. This isn’t a negative; all e-bikes are heavy. For comparison my regular mountain bike is 30lbs.

I bought this bike about 3 month ago and I would like to give a review after 100 miles.First impression: i got the grey one. It is awesome good looking. came 90% assembled. only take ~20 mins for fender, seats and accessories.Motor: 750W is very powerful. Actually a bit way too power. Lol. I usually use 1st or 2nd level assist (total 3).Ride is comfortable. Fat tire really helps absorb rough shock and embrace the terrain.Weight: ok, definitely feel the battery and motor weight add to this bike.back seat: can hold a light weight adult. but 2 adult riding, definitely feel a little worries whether the back seat holds up. Manufacturer only recommend total weight hold up to 260~lb. so feel that way.Shipping: was ok. take about a week(to U.S. east coast) or so from Cal.Foldability makes the bike feel small.Recommend this bike to people looking for fun (all terrain), not too tall (you may feel the bike is too small), and prefer foldable design/lock of space for a full size bike.

REVISED: Took bike to professional bike shop 50 miles away from my home. The parameter was checked as the seller requested and it was ok. The THROTTLE is still inoperative as of February 2024. This whole deal with the seller is nerve wrecking for a senior. The bike shop specialist says there is a problem with the controller and wiring, but they need information from the company.REVISED: I finally received the parts for my bike. I am able to ride the bike, but he THROTTLE does not work. Sad to say my bike is a “LEMON.” Even the peddle assist does not work consistently. The bike looks good, that’s about it. I am disappointed with this $900 purchase. I have reached out to the seller and they have emailed me information that does not help at all. Told me to set the parameters back to the original settings. I don’t even know what a parameter is, besides no settings were ever changed.My bike will not lock. The mechanism to lock the bike when fully opened fell out when I unfolded the bike. Since the bike will not lock in place this makes the bike inoperable to ride. I have contacted the seller. I will gladly update this review once the issue is resolved.Update: I received parts today with no instructions. I have contacted the seller again, waiting for response.

Overall the bike is Ok, heavier than I expected but this is my first ebike. Pretty easy to assemble, not much left unassembled. Seems powerful in fact almost dangerous from a dead stop, be careful the front wheel is straight and you are ready when you apply the throttle. I live in the hills and it has the power to go up 15 to 20% grades. Don't expect much support from the seller, I got none, even after sending pictures. Remove the steel washer that was installed under the gooseneck closing cam for the handlebars, the steel washer destroyed the aluminum cam, now the handlebars will not tighten.
