I love CoQ10. I take it every day to improve focus and memory. I think it is great for both. These pills are easy to swallow and it's the right price. I buy the 2 pack. I find that it is more cost effective. With so many distractions and "brain fog" as many people have experienced during and post-pandemic, CanoQ10 seems to work well to dispel any brain fog and help improve focus. this double pack is great value to me, I onlytake one 300mg pill a day as, altho' I'm 70s I'm fairly fit and don't need any prescription drugs ( at this stage)(I do take other supplements like PQQ, Vit D3wK2, NAC & Natto)this CoQ10 is High absorption with Ubiquinol and is best value I've found lately

After 3 months my lipoproteins had come done 15 points and my cholesterol was down from 285 to 245. I’m walking and not doing any red meat and eating lots of veggies. As far as I’m concerned, I’m on the right path and will continue. Easy pill to swallow and I take it with food. What’s not to like?
