I ordered two of this as its formulated with turmeric and black pepper. I've been using it to help reduce inflammation, reduce pain. It have a nice taste and it's easy to swallow with no after taste. I've noticed a difference in my knees especially with less pain. I like the quality of the liquid. The pain relief I'm thankful for and its effectiveness as its liquid.
