All glasses broken… again and no refund
All glasses broken… again and no refund. I love this product some other companies are able to ship successfully but the packing from this one doesn’t cut it.

Glass bottles arrived even though the photo was of plastic. This limits where we can bring them.
I love the product, but specifically looked for plastic bottles instead of glass and the photo showed plastic bottles, but glass bottles arrived.

Not plastic bottles
These are NOT plastic bottles. I specifically ordered these because the picture shows plastic. Bottles came with some broken ones.
