The product itself is great! This eyebrow thread is durable and one of the best I’ve used—it doesn’t break easily, which is a big plus. However, I had to take off a couple of points because the packaging was disappointing. The box arrived torn and broken, which was frustrating. It would be great if they added better security measures for the packaging, maybe a plastic wrap or something to prevent this. Despite that, I would still purchase again for the quality of the thread itself.
