The assembly was easy to do. In no time I had it together and around my waist. Trying it out for the first time was a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze. I could only manage 3 mins in the beginning. Definitely gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat! I’m now up to 8 mins at a time. I will continue to use this daily! Works great while catching up on my favorite tv program.

The product delivery was fine. The product appears to have been used and put back in the box and resold. It appears that all of the items are there. It just looks as if it has been used by someone else.

This is a pretty cool piece of exercise equipment. It's fun and easy to use you can adjust it to your waist size. I do recommend wearing something snug to fit with no pockets because it will catch on your clothes other than that I enjoyed it. Plus it's a great piece of equipment to prevent people from getting into your bubble.

The media could not be loaded.  Interesting weighted Hula Hop from KVCC. I was completely unfamiliar with this sort of an exerciser. But hey, looked like fun and seemed pretty easy to do...so why not?This one is "upgraded". Not sure what that means. It's pretty adjustable for various waist sizes. My waist is 34 and my sons is about 29. It fit us both by removing or adding one full section.Super easy to assemble. Just remember you have to add the weight/ball trolley inside before completing. It can be a touch harder to disconnect a section for removing from your person. But nothing to much to fuss about.So once assembled I gave it a shot. To get the Hula action started and the "ball rolling" if you will, was pretty simple. Just start gyrating your hips in work your upper and lower body in coordination. You can change things up. Stances, legs, upper body, front to back, side to side, etc. It was pretty fun and most of the time the ball roller/trolley portion was smooth and operated well. Occasionally I'd hit a bump or something.Look, if this stops at the wrong point in the loop all the sudden, and your a male, you'll wish you wore a cup! Ask me how I know....My first use experience - Honestly, it seemed like it was too easy as I was getting 10 minutes along. I ended after 15. Then did some more, probably another 10. Then I went about doing other stuff.The next morning I woke up and felt the muscles in my mid-section cry out a little. So something was working them!I'll continue to use it. It's great for standing there and watching TV while getting some calories burned. It's pretty quiet, not silent but you can hear the TV fine. So this is a good option for me to just move when I'd otherwise be stationary.Is it revolutionary and going to give me the 6 pack abs I've never cared about? Probably not. But it's a good and fun thing to do to get some movement into the core.

I LOVE the ease of assembly and taking this product apart. It's high quality with an adjustable rope to change the length of the sac that goes around. In the short time I've had it, I've already lost a few pounds. Loving it!!

I’ve only started using this a week ago so I haven’t noticed any loss in the Jean size or anything yet. But it is for sure a work out. I will update in 2 months.

One thing they don't mention is don't use it if you have had back problems of any kind...ever. I used to have back problems a long time ago. I didn't think that I was having any kind of issue anymore until I got this. I got it and put everything together. I can tell you that it was fabulous up to this point. I even got to use it for just a little bit, but after that, game over. My back was done.My sister did take over and she had a blast with it. She loves it and continues to come over and use it all the time.

I have already lost an inch around my waist... I have only had a few days. It's not too heavy and the ball swings around perfectly. I also like the cloth that you can put between you and the knots to keep from rubbing against bare skin. I totally recommend this!!
