This cable works great. Lately I've been playing a lot of games on my TV by connecting a 15ft HDMI cable from my PC to my TV; then connecting my PS4 controller to my PC wirelessly via Bluetooth to simulate a console experience. Unfortunately, Bluetooth has a limited range and my Bluetooth adapter had issues maintaining connectivity with my controller due to the distance from my PC to the area where I sit in front of my TV. This cable resolved this issue by allowing me to position the Bluetooth adapter to face me from my entertainment center. Now I no longer get any delays in my controllers connection. The cable is solid and overall looks like it will last a long time. Would buy again if I ever need another one.

Doesn’t work with all devices. I purchased this to play my PC from the couch with a controller, and it doesn’t work. I’ve tested other controllers and some work, but it doesn’t appear to be able to handle the Xbox elite controller that I purchased it for. I went with this brand because a lot of good reviews and supposedly USB 3.0, but I am very disappointed that the functionality is not there. Unsure as to why it only works for some devices, so I wouldn’t recommend. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 4 star. The cable works with other controllers, and after doing some research, the problem is with the elite controller, not the cable. So I’ve updated my review to 4 stars, as it does seem to be a quality product.

I have only had this cable for two or three days, so be guided by other reviews on durability. That said, it's been a lifesaver. I got a new computer with three monitors. I put the desktop tower on my desk, and the monitors are BETWEEN the tower and the keyboard/mouse. My keyboard and mouse are a pair controlled by one usb chip-thingy that plugs into the tower's USB port. Even though my keyboard and mouse are about TWO FEET from tower, they were performing poorly, apparently due to the monitor blocking the signal. I had to put them up on the desk and close to the monitor, contorting my arms and neck for the whole workday. I decided to buy a cable like this, to allow the USB chip to dangle down the back of the tower to a point where it was below the monitor in the hope that that would solve the problem. I was worried that 1) it wouldn't work and 2) putting a cable between the USB chip and the tower would ALSO degrade the signal and cause the keyboard and monitor to be unresponsive. Well....I'm happy to report that my fix worked completely. There's no lag or anything. A complete fix. So if the cable lasts, I'll be completely satisfied.
