First off, the sturdiness of this machine is incredible for the price. Definitely feel like it is a great value purchase. The pulleys are the smoothest of any machine I’ve ever owned. It took just one evening for two of us, working at a leisurely pace, to put the whole thing together. Pull up bar is good, the bench is incredibly strong, the regular attachments are all good quality, but the extra attachments included with our purchase are even better. The worst thing I could think of to say is that some of the pieces had minor scratches when it arrived, but it’s heavy and it’s gym equipment, so if it didn’t have scratches it’s going to have them soon after we start using it. Overall it offers a ton of exercises without taking up a giant footprint for the machine. 10/10 overall happiness with the purchase.

Highly recommend this system. I've had it in my garage for 18 months and I'm lifting more consistently and heavier than I ever have in 10+ years of strength training. The entire system, including bench, plates and even landmine attachment is terrific. I've reached out to Customer Service a few times and they're phenomenal, too. Great response time and very focused on solving the problem without giving you the runaround.

I have had the gym for about 1 year now. This is a true honest review. I heard it was alittle complicated to put together, my husband and father In law put it together in 4-5 hours with the help of power tools. Some instructions were not quite clear. Overall wasn’t too bad because I didn’t have to put together and seems very sturdy! I’m 5’1 and everything is perfect height for me. If you are taller like 6ft and up not sure this would be recommended for you. It did come with everything described. This is affordable, fits nicely in small areas, workouts are effective. I will show pictures for reference.

I waited a month after building it to get a good feel for the machine and its weaknesses. That said, about the only flaws I have are cosmetic. The set up and build call for two people but I put it up by myself with not problem. It took me about 1.5 hours total. Directions were straight forward and clear. Pulleys are clean and slick, smith machine doesn't bind no matter how I work it. and there is decent storage on the unit itself. One thing I don't like is the foot rest for doing pulls while seated is too close to get a good stretch. I'll build a something to fix that. I'm 5'9" and I need the foot rest to come out another 6 inches. The bench didn't come with bolts to put it together but they sent me some after a quick phone call. Functional home gym! I got the m1 smith machine with 260 lbs with the cross cables . Comes with lat pull down bar , two cross cable handles , dip area and pull up attachments . Can’t say anything bad about this machine very well designed and no cheap feeling . Very smooth and quiet . You can fit both standard and Olympic weights ! Had a hard time finding mats so did some research and found the best mats for your money . Tractor supply horse stall mats !40 bucks for a 4x6 . Machine doesn’t move vs the tile locking mats suck

I can’t say enough about this product! We LOVE it and use it daily now. Prepare for a workout when it shows up, we took it up to the send on floor and whew! Man this thing is heavy at a plus because once it’s installed, you’ll appreciate the stability. I’ve seen a few machines that were flimsy and felt like they were going to come apart when you’re using it but not this one. Constructed well and an outstanding product.

Love our this equipment. We have had it for a couple Months now and it works amazing for us. Every time we have had an issue they have helped us solve the problem right away. Definitely would order more stuff through them. Great equipment for the price also.
