Powerful home server - love it!
Powerful! This little mini PC was bought to replace a Raspberry Pi 5 for my home NAS. The Pi was an experiment which quickly built up to an essential part of my home but, couldn't keep up with the demand. So, I bought this PC, I went with the P2 Plus (i7 12700H and 32GB DDR5). I have installed a Linux server OS on it and wow is this thing fast. It boots up and is ready to serve in less than a minute. I have so many things installed on it serving three desktops, two laptops and two mobile phones. I use Immich, which is a self-hosted Google Pictures alternative. Hardware wise it uses the CPU and its built in GPU for face detection and converting pictures/videos, it's so quick!! Oh and theres TWO M2 NVME SSD slots.... wow. It's also been powered on for 8 weeks solid without a hiccup.... As for physical aspects, this thing is SMALL. Much smaller than I was expecting. I have a four bay 3.5" HDD DAS which this sits atop with no issue. It's good at dissipating heat too providing you have airflow all around. On that note, the fan spins up when it's REALLY working and this is audible, but if you have a laptop/desktop which fires up now and again this is so much quieter. There's a good array of ports too, I use one of the USB A ports on the back for my HDDs and use BOTH 2.5GB ethernet ports on the back (one for redundancy). The front also has a USB C, which I use occasionally to plug in for file transfer as well as a USB A which I have a keyboard/mouse dongle permanently plugged into. Whilst I don't use Windows on this, it does come pre-installed. I did trial it for a day or so and have to say it's quicker than my laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 i7 11800H). I think you could even mount it to the back of a monitor, use a wireless keyboard and mouse and have a really clean desktop environment. It doesn't have a graphics card so you can't do modern gaming on it. The built in GPU is capable of a lot from video transcoding to emulating older games systems and daily productivity. I imagine you could easily work Lightroom/Photoshop on this too.

Good Little PC
I bought this to run a weather forecast application so it's running 24x7 and accessed remotely. It's a speedy wee PC (I went for the i5 12500H version with 16GB RAM). Pretty much silent in use, I only heard the fan when doing updates after the initial OOB install. It's very compact and can be fitted to the back of a monitor with a VESA mount. I only required a local account so you have to select the domain join option at setup to bypass the Windows account. This appeared to go fine, however even as a computer administrator I couldn't access any of the computer settings, etc. I updated Windows 11 to the latest release which fixed the problem. Other than that it's easy to set up. It's good value for money, well made and easy to access the internals if you need to upgrade the RAM or SSD. It would make a good office PC, or a general use home computer, but not ideal for gaming, etc. Recommended.

A very good pc
The perfect pc for a plex server. Fast and reliable. Unless you are gaming this will serve any other purpose as a desktop PC. Well worth the money.

A great desktop alternative.
Bought to replace an old laptop and very pleased. Its small (obviously!) so the fan has to work a bit to keep the temperature CPU down however it is not loud. Well packaged, presented and easy to set up. Came before 6pm after being ordered the same morning. Not loaded with any bloatware which is a bonus. Plenty of speed with the ability to have multiple tabs open at the same time with no lag. WIFI connects instantly. Had a little issue connecting to a wireless epson printer as my printer isnt brand new. therefore had to up-date all firmware on the printer to make the connection work.

Proxmox works great
Excellent. I was looking for a N150 mini PC with 2.5G networking as was struggling finding a nicely priced one until I found this. Most seem to have 1G networking. This makes a great little VM server, I've installed Proxmox on it and have just ordered a second one. I've not ran Windows so can't comment on that, but it has a number of Linux VMs running fine. If anybody else is using it for Proxmox, just to let you know I have selected x86-64-v2-AES CPU type for VMs which works great and allows live migration to/from other recent differing CPUs without issues. (This is for the Mini PC E3,Intel Twin Lake-N150 model).

Good mini pc for the price
Easy to set up, though the self install took a good couple of hours. Compact, quiet and light.

Rubbish
Avoid. Worked fine for about a year. Then started having problems reset Windows 11 and I could not get it back. Maybe user error, but never had these problems with Windows laptops or desktops before. Avoid as sadly as cheap and nasty after one year as I feared.

Great computer for the price
I needed a web server that doesn't break the bank. This small desktop, with a 14 core i7 processor and 32Gb of Ram was perfect. It's small, quiet, doesn't use much power, and it's more than capable. I appreciate having space for two drives in such a small form factor. I added a 2Tb ssd, the original drive was in the second m2 socket so it became the secondary drive. It came with windows 11 pro, licenced and activated- but I put Linux on it and it's perfect.

When I bought it, I knew what I was getting. It was meant for remote access and web browsing. And it performs perfectly. I did notice the Windows 11 pro image that it came with was glitchy. I wasn't able to successfully process the 22H2 update -- it just hung at 100% update. So, I reimaged it with the Windows 11 pro cloud download and after that it worked great (you get to it by resetting Windows 11). All in all, it exceeds my expectations.

Amazing mini PC! Performance is great (given price and size) and the build quality is solid. The best thing is that it comes with a full USB-C port (data, video and power delivery), so you just plug your monitor that has PD and USB hub and no need for other cables. Very easy to upgrade SSD, comes with proper Windows 11 and also works well with FreeBSD.

Compact and space-saving form factor Strong performance with Intel Core i7-12700H for multitasking and demanding tasks 32GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD offer fast speed and smooth operation Quiet and energy-efficient operation Versatile connectivity: Thunderbolt 4, dual 2.5G Ethernet, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and triple 4K display support Easy to set up, suitable for non-technical users Comes with Windows 11 Pro However Limited driver updates and poor documentation

Bought the E3 w/ N150. Clean upon start up and seemed bloatware free, but reimaged anyway. No problems, license obtained automatically from MS. Overall speed very good for basic home use, browsing, documents, spreadsheets, etc. Certainly exceeded most older higher end CPU's, mainly due to higher clock rate, newer memory and SSD. This is really all anyone needs for a basic home PC. Plenty of ports, well positioned, no cable conflicts. Support site is adequate, has all drivers there, all with batch file installs, organized well. However, models change often, so be sure to download all drivers after purchase, as they may not be there one day, and are not likely to ever be updated. Without driver updates, expect 2-3 years of support only. Documentation quite poor, but adequate if you are an experienced user. No conflicts with monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB devices, network, hence base drivers work fine. A great price point for upgrading a basic home PC.
