Genuine Russell Hobbs Kettle Filter - 207070 (Cambridge, Oxford, Hampshire etc..)

Items arrived quickly. Great value for money and really good quality. Looked perfect for what I needed and fits just right. Weight and feel is great. Stopped my kettle making a racket noise! Captures all the Kimble in the kettle and easy to wash out when it fills.

I bought this to replace the original filter on my kettle that had come to end of its lifespan. The mesh was disintegrating etc and the filter had fallen off. Since the original filter had dislodged itself from the kettle I was not to sure how it fitted on to the spout area. The replacement didn't have any instructions provide so I had to guess. It toolk me a few goes to get it to stay in position when I poured water from the kettle (so I have deducted one star). Now it's in it helps filter any biits of scale out from my drinks.

As another reviewer has already mentioned, the seller of this product is very vague when it comes to selling spare parts, I assumed this being a RH filter then it would fit my 20460 model. It doesn’t. To sell spare parts without giving full details of what models it will fit is unacceptable. The part may be good, but not for my model. No disrespect to RH by I will stay clear of ordering anything from this supplier as they obviously do not know how to sell products.

Finally found the part at a reasonable price and purchased in bulk. Life of brilliant kettles now extended. Such a pity this tiny component is often on sale as much as new kettle and drives consumers to throw away otherwise perfectly good equipment. Thank you to this supplier for helping save the planet.

Does what it's supposed to. A bit of a struggle to fit but once in, it's staying there.

Bought this one in error, but just to let you know it doesn't fit a 21671 kettle. It's too small.
