Useful rice cooker.
Easy to store and use. Works great! Only complaint is that the recipe book does not have any cooking times in it. Luckily, this not my first rice cooker, so I had a good idea of hoe long different rices would take to cook. Plan about 30-minutes for white rices and about 1-hour for brown rice. Otherwise this is a great size or just 2 or 3 people--much easier to store than a "regular-sized" rice cooker too. Does a good job on all the rice that we have tried so far.

User Friendly!
I’ve been cooking rice in my new rice robot. This rice cooker is made of high quality and durable materials. It is very easy to operate. The cooking pot prevents the rice from sticking to the bottom. So amazing, how this cooks my rice automatically, keeps it warm and it is ready to serve. I highly recommend.

Easy to use and clean. Read the instructions.
Works as advertised. It took longer to cook brown rice than I expected - about 45 minutes when following the recipe which I think called for three measuring cups of rice. Next time I won't use as much rice as called for in the recipe. It is easy to clean and use. I like the ceramic coating of the inner pot. It seems well made. Be sure to unplug it when done as it will continue to heat (warm) if left plugged in. I'm looking forward to trying more recipes.

Easy to use
If you love sticky dry rice like I do, this is the rice cooker you want. So easy to use, fast & perfect. Plus it comes with a cookbook with many delicious recipes that are simple. Small so it fits on my counter & easy to clean.

If you love great rice, this is your device.
I love this thing. I have always struggled to make good rice. I would often go to the Chinese buffet and buy rice instead of trying to make it. Rice Robot is easy and makes great rice every time. I learned that its not a good idea to let the rice stay in "warm" mode for very long, as it will dry the rice. As soon as it completes the cook cycle, I unplug it. It stays plenty warm on its own, no need to use the warm setting. The premeasured cups ensure the right amount of rice to water ratio every time.

Works like a charm!
Not just a rice cooker! You can make all sorts of dishes with this! Cooks rice perfectly. Makes enough for about four people! Good steaming capacity nice and small enough to go unnoticed in the kitchen, smaller than a toaster great design!

Decent cooker but cheap plastic
It was a good rice cooker while it lasted. I used it probably around eight times before I noticed something loose inside of it and it was driving me crazy. I try to unscrew it and take it apart to see what was inside and there was a loose piece of plastic inside. Putting it back together was harder than I thought due to the Cook/ warm switch. I ended up destroying the entire rice cooker and dismantled it because of the loose piece of plastic inside. It would have been fine if I would have just left it alone other than that it was a good cooker and I really enjoyed it but to buy another one for $40 well I'm having a hard time wrestling with that. I believe that it is definitely overpriced and does not need to be a $40 appliance.

I love it but…
I love this little rice cooker. It takes up very little space and is easy to use. Makes perfect rice every time. I have also make couscous, pasta and quinoa in it and it works great.. the problem is I have had to replace it 2 times. The first one broke when my son put it down too hard, the second came not working. The third one is fine. To be honest if this one also breaks I would probably replace it with the same one because I love it so much.
