This hall tree arrived today, it came in less than 24 hours since I ordered it which surprised me. At first I was hesitant in ordering this after seeing the reviews but I will say everything so far is great. It took me an hour maybe an hour and half to put it all together. All the pieces fit together perfectly and the directions were clear. My wife helped a little bit by holding a piece here and there but I mostly put it together all by myself. So far so good everything seems very sturdy with the product and it seems like a decent quality for the price. I have only 2 complaints about this product, the white is more of an off white/light beige-y color and would have preferred if it was more white. And it came with 2 anchors and on the hall tree there are two notches for the anchors to go, I put the anchor above the hall tree but the notches remain and look a little awkward. All in all so far so good, I would recommend

Absolutely love this piece! Very sturdy, looks great, and seems like it will last. Def a 2 person job to assemble and takes a while. Bonus in that they give you an actual screwdriver to use. Very very happy.

The thing wobbles when fully completed! I kept putting it together thinking at some point it would become sturdy but it never did. 10000% not worth the money. Instructions were difficult and the holes did not match up.

I'm pretty competent with putting together this sort of furniture on my own, and I did manage to do this successfully (mostly), but this was an absolute nightmare to construct. It took hours and there were several screws I just had to leave out, because they would not go in. I can only guess that the holes didn't line up, but I couldn't see the one underneath where the screw went in so I don't know for sure. I also can't seem to get the shelves with notches to slide in like they're supposed to. I'm going to have to saw off a tiny bit of the inside I think and see if that provides just enough space to get it through. The actual piece is sturdy and fits nicely in my space. It definitely serves it's purpose. Just a pain to put together. Also was not impressed with the delivery as they left my package in the middle of my porch -- not near the door -- and it was pouring rain outside. I know it's heavy, but if I hadn't happened to be home and noticed it was there within an hour, it might have been ruined. I can't think why they wouldn't bring it under the overhang so it didn't get soaked.

For a DIY Hall tree, I am very impressed with the quality, also very solid. Looks great

I almost returned it purely because the assembly was ridiculous. It took me and my spouse 5.5hrs to put it together; we are not beginners, you will need two people the product is extremely finicky. So the first part is the worst, the E/F do not line up, one of the planks was slightly shorter. We ended up ditching some of the wooden sticks and use packing tape until the other steps aided in securing it into place. The shelves also gave us issues. We followed the directions to the T and when we went to put the back on we were unable to secure it properly since the Q panels weren’t fitting correctly. We ended up flipping them around so they would fit which is why our shelves don’t look like the advertisement. If you move homes a lot I wouldn’t get this. It’s very heavy and not super sturdy. We ordered anchors for the wall. Also I got this one instead of another for the bench to sit and put on shoes but I sat on it and definitely won’t be using it for that. It’s so pretty I just don’t know if I would buy again.

My husband assembled this in just a couple hours (with the “help” of our little kids, even)! We got this to help keep things organized for our 3 kids going back to school. We also purchased some storage cubes for their school bags, etc. I think it will help keep things organized This year. I do wish the stickers placed for assembly came off a bit easier. They were really helpful while assembling, as everything was clearly labeled, but not so cute on the finished product. Overall, though, we’re very happy with it. ☺️

Good quality, easy to put together. Borrowed a cordless drill from my hubby and did it all by myself. Sturdy enough for the money, does the job while looking expensive and elegant. Nice rustic white.
