Great Robot Mower Garage
A great little garage for my Luba 2 AWD H robot mower. I painted mine red, white, and blue. I did add a floor to my robot garage with a ramp at the front for easy access. I also upgraded the roof support system.Lord Dragoni

I really wanted to love it.
The Good Stuff:It is cute and adorable. The shape is great, and my lawn roomba (Mamotion Luba 2) has nice clearance on either side. I even like the color, but to make it match my house a little better, I may end up repainting it.The Bad Stuff:So, when I bought it, I looked at a couple of video reviews. The kids who set it up talked about how high quality the wood is. It’s not. The wood is really soft and splits way too easily. Shipping was fine, everything came in intact. I had no issues with shipping. But the instructions on setup are minimal. Looking at the pictures on amazon gave a little more insight, but when the part is a completely different shape and much lower quality, that’s a problem. The brackets which hold the roof open are very cheap, but the wood is also so soft that I don’t know if the brackets will hold in the long term. I’m probably going to have to reinforce it. The metal rod that hangs the mechanical garage door closure mechanism would work if it was a little longer. Either I have to reinforce the sides to keep them in place because the wood is so soft, or I have to replace the rod with a slightly longer one as it will fall down otherwise. I replaced it with a longer rod. There is a little metal retainer that is intended to hold the rod in place, but the wood is so soft that I’m again going to have to reinforce it, or replace the entire piece. I’m not asking for mahogany, but some inexpensive treated pine would be nice. While there are pre-drilled holes on some parts, the manufacturer didn’t think to predrill holes on anything that is behind the outside, so inside pieces split during assembly.Honestly, I’m not sure this will last more than 6 months. And at $600, that’s not a great investment. However, I think it may be a pretty cute template for when I inevitably have to build a new one with higher quality parts. And luckily, most of the parts are available at my nearest hardware store. One suggestion: when you’re setting up the mechanical piece of the puzzle, make sure you test it a bit. If you don’t add extra wires to control the garage door, the counterweights will bump straight on the emergency stop button on your Luba 2, causing it to turn itself off when it is trying to exit the garage. Or enter the garage.Supplies list:If you order, please make sure you order:extra wire and aluminum sleeves stopsA longer, 36 inch stainless steel rod, somewhere around 1/3 inch, or plan to router out a new 1/2 inch notch for the mechanical parts. Some extra wood for reinforcement, small pieces will be fine for most of it, but you may need a central rafter to keep the garage squareA base for it, the base could be pavers, or possibly some large tiles, but this will make it easier for your robot to enter and exit the garage, as the garage door does need some clearance from the grass to function properly… and maybe an extra security camera, because once everything is functioning, the lawn roomba looks really cute entering and exiting it’s little home. I think this may also help me in the event that the cheap wood completely gives out under the heavy weight of the roof above the roomba.

Does what it says; cheap components
Like other reviewers, I really wanted to love the $600 home purchased for my Mammotion Luba, David Mowie. While everything works as advertised, the entire project is comprised of surprisingly flimsy material. And while the design is cute, and the open/shut garage door mechanism clever, understand that the components (as of when I bought) are pretty fragile and some may arrive cracked or damaged. Mine did, but it wasn't enough damage to prevent the build.TLDR: Good, not great.

Terrible Quality and cheap materials
For $600 I did not expect to receive cheap materials and terrible quality. It looks nice but also feels like the manufacturer intentionally bent over backwards to cut every corner in this product.

Some parts were missing
The media could not be loaded. The box arrived and looked fully intact with no damage. I unpacked it and discovered one arm and a metal rod was missing. There were also some small wood pieces with staples in them lose in the box. One of the roof panels had a hole on the inside. I just duplicated the missing control arm which is made of wood and got a metal rod at home depot. I glued the small pieces with the staples back where they belonged. Once together it does work as advertised. I have a LUBA 2 and I modified the unit to secure the charging base to the garage so it was more stable.

A beautiful little house to protect your expensive robotic lawn mower
The media could not be loaded. I bought this garage to house my Luba AWD 5000 robotic lawn mower made by Mammotion. The garage arrived in a single box without damage. The components were nicely wrapped/insulated along with a package itemized list and assembly instructions. All parts were accounted for. Assembly was a little challenging mainly because of working in close quarters; however, I managed to complete the task in about an hour working by myself. A simple pulley system allows for the garage door to open and close. I have the charging station for the robot within the garage. The non-metallic roof facilitates good RTK/satellite signal thereby permitting remote mowing schedules. The garage is extremely well designed, adds a safety/security factor and very attractive, complementing our garden. The mower is entirely protected from the weather. I have had the garage for 2 months and have not had any problems. I fully recommend this to other roboteers!

Cheap wood, cracked wood, broken wood
It won't stay together. Wood came cracked, now completely broken. Fix one piece 2 more break. Good idea, very poor materials.
