What makes this bed affordable for the features it offers is the insane amount of pieces that you need to put it together. Luckily in my case, we build a lot of furniture, so it was not a problem (but it was a long evening to get it done in order to get to bed!). I will say that all the directions are good, parts are included, and in great condition, and well packaged to help make it easier.Overall it looks great, the storage drawers are quite useful (although there is no track so they roll around quite liberally when they are empty with no weight in them), and it supports the mattress well with the slat base. If you're inclined towards Legos, Erector Sets and tools in general, this is a great product for you...if you're not, best make a friend who is before you start building this!

The good: Easy enough to assemble with two people (maybe 75 minutes?), much sturdier than many slat-beds I’ve tried in the past. I’m a large person, and this bed has held up well even with multiple people on it.The bad: the drawers are…not really drawers and a pain to secure shut. Constantly tripping over them and losing things that fall off the sides of the bed through the grids of the drawers.Note: the storage drawers are lightweight wire baskets, not full drawers. They don’t carry much heft and I had to fashion liners in order to keep my stored items from getting dusty and dirty from under the bed (especially since the drawers don’t allow for easy under-bed vacuuming.)

We put this in our son’s room. The bed was easy to assemble and the frame seems sturdy. I’m not a fan of the drawers. They slide easily and they do fit quite a bit of clothes and extra linens. The drawers are hard to “hook” closed as they have to clip into the frame itself. We find ourselves constantly having to move the bedding out of they way so the drawers will close properly

A friend did most of the work but it took around an hour maybe less. Love the drawers it is the main reason I chose this frame. They are spacious and great for storage with limited space. It is perfect and was delivered a couple days earlier than delivery date.

Overall pretty good but theres some minor issues I didn't like. Assembly was ok but instructions often unclear which orientation parts should be in, multiple times I had to take apart something since there were holes only on one side and it wasn't clear in instructionsthe fasteners on the drawers are both difficult to assemble and rattley since they don't screw into both partsThe drawers are very finicky to lock in, you need to find the hole on the frame to get them to stay in and its a bit annyoing.There is a gap between edge of mattress and the frame since the frame sticks up but no place to tuck sheets in. if you tuck under the mattress then you can see the gap. it would be good if theres some fabric or a top so the gap around the mattress isn't so obviousLast, theres no top to the drawers so you can see the stuff inside through gap around edge of mattress
