Love this for conferences

Small but colorful. No issues with how it was packaged. It goes on my lapel easily and is understated enough not to command attention but attractive enough to get noticed. As a scientist, it's going to be fun to wear this to conferences and other places with fellow scientists. Kind of like a more formal version of a funny t-shirt. Very satisfied.

First I want to point out that the idea of this pin is fantastic. "Reach your potential" is hilarious in this context, and I knew I had to have it as soon as I laid eyes on it. However, once I got the actual pin, I noticed that it was really tiny. It is less than 2 inches in length, and the letters that spell out the phrase are REALLY tiny. It is hard to read them unless you are super close and squinting. I had to put my phone's camera very close and focus it a few times so that I could get the letters in the picture properly. I like the pin, I think it's a great and clever idea. I just wish it could be a bit bigger and more legible. Raise the size to 3 inches, then we're golden.
