The sound from this MIFA speaker is very clear and detailed. I wanted a bluetooth speaker mostly for listening to all types of music from my Echo Dot and, having looked at a number of reviews on line I settled on this one.The design, apparently, aims for a fairly flat frequency response across the audio spectrum and I would say it is pretty close. The sound can be changed slightly by positioning. For instance to get a bit more bass I position it slightly above my head, on a shelf leaving space between it and the wall.I also have a couple of ANKER speakers and for sheer bass performance this doesn't match the Sound Core Boost. Having said that the detail is far better with the MIFA speaker.The MIFA is a bit less expensive and clear, it wins for those points, I would recommend it highly, a bit more bass would make it better. When Amazon sort out the ECHO EQ features for the UK maybe I will like the MIFA even more. I may then buy another to use the TWS feature.Other points, it pairs very easily, I have used it with the Echo and my phone with no problems. It charges quite fast and the battery lasts well.

Started badly. Bit of a fuss connecting to my phone, then to each other, (I bought two) but soon had it up and running. Tried my usual music app. You could hear the bass but the overall sound was 'trebley'. Not very good at all. Then the music cut out to both speakers and the bluetooth connection symbol flashed away until I reconnected, which meant starting the song from the start again. This cut out happened a lot. 'They're going back', I thought. But I will try a different app before I do. I tried the standard Android 9 'Music' app. The cut outs stopped and I was also presented with an equalizer to change the sound. Up went the bass levels and bingo! Really good sounds. Now, when I switch them on, they both connect to each other automatically, and then to my phone with little trouble. And when you switch one speaker off, it turns the other one off too! They're not going to flood a large room with sound but for a lounge, kitchen or whatever, they're great and I have no trouble recommending them. Especially good value for money. Get two, it really is worth it having them going at the same time.

I bought this speaker to go along with an LG PF1500U UST projector I have set up in a spare room. It is loud enough and clear for voice and sound effects, although the room doesn't shake when there are explosions, not that I really expected that from something so small. If you try to get this effect by turning up the volume then you'll run into one of the reasons I knocked a star off, the speakers start to distort; for normal volume levels though they are nice and clear and the 1.8" radiators at the back allow for a nice bit of bass. The other reason I knocked a star off is because the aux cable input didn't seem to give as rich a sound as Bluetooth, although I was driving both with my phone, I'll try later with the line out on my Fiio X3 to see if is the speaker or the phone at fault. One thing I would say is don't buy this speaker for outdoor use unless you can guarantee no rain (no sign of an IP rating anywhere), and don't carry it around loose in a bag with other things; the visible radiators the back look as if they could get damaged easily, but I may be wrong on this. Other than this build quality seems good, its mostly metal on the front sides and bottom, and what feels like a quality plastic on the back. There are rubber strips on the bottom which seem to do a good job stopping the speaker walking itself of the table when the volume is turned up, a problem I seen before in small boomy speakers. Controls are easy to locate and responsive, can't say just how long the battery will last because that will depend on how loud you like your music.

Purchased for a party at home.Didnt want to spent too much as tend not to have much use for speakers generally but still wanted a decent sound for the evening.With no expertise in this area, I can only say that the sound quality is dam good and volume level is high without ruining the sound quality. I can only compare it to an alexis, which I find has a very thinny sound quality, this speaker does not sound thinny in any way at all. Sound quality in my opinion is much much better than the alexis I have.Connected to my daughters iPhone spotify playlist and had no issues all evening.Nice looking speaker too.Very pleased for the price paid and I'm sure we will get plenty if use from this going forward.Would recommend for a home speaker, decent volume level on it, good sound and looks good.Would also be a nice speaker for gift idea too.If you are looking for a decent speaker and dont know a whole lot about them like me, this will do a great job without breaking the bank.All in all, highly recommended for the price paid.

Will never know how loud this goes, as it’s incredibly powerful. Packs a real punch, and I reckon it would fill an average sized garden with sound in summer, but that’s only if you don’t mind annoying your neighbours who might fancy a relaxing afternoon in the garden with a book, people! No Bluetooth speaker will ever have the sound quality of a wifi or wired one, but this one is pretty decent. Connects immediately to Bluetooth on our Apple and Samsung devices. Looks fab. A great buy.

Bought to replace an old store bought product whose battery and connectivity died. This arrived promptly and I first fully charged it.Installation was quite easy, my 'phone found it without too much trouble. The sound is quite punchy and very crisp. It can make itself heard over my shower.lusyening to the radio on a four hour show, so far it has never dropped the charge into the second or last LED power indicator, and thus charges back up quickly.The Blue Tooth range is great, from the phone in the front of the house to the very front, as long as I don't stand in the way!A good price, and seemingly well made.I do have a small criticism. The cover over the plugs is very tight, good for keeping water etc out, but you need a pen or key to pull it open, my short nails can't grip the small slot. A very minor niggle!
