The Lost Twin (Scarlet and Ivy, 1) Paperback – Picture Book, April 4, 2017

Wow, this book was amazing! I'm a twin, and when I read the description I thought it sounded really interesting; so when I bought it I was expecting it to be good and it totally was! It was one of the best twin books I've ever read, actually :D I really hope there's a second one soon though, because it ended in a total cliffhanger lol.I'm 14, which I kinda thought might be too old for this book, but it wasn't. I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone younger than maybe 11or 12 because there's some abuse from one of the teachers which might be disturbing to younger kids.But it's definitely a great book and totally worth the price. It's set in like the early 1900's I think, but I didn't even really notice so it didn't bother me.If you're a twin, or have friends or family who are twins then this book will be particularly interesting to you because you'll be able to relate to some of the things they say. But even if you've never met twins in your life you'll still enjoy it if you like mysteries and adventures. If you like it you might wanna check out The Candymakers by Wendy Mass or Trading Faces by Julia DeVillers and Jennifer Roy.Hope this helped :)

I think I first read this book when I was 9 years old, back then for me it was a slightly scary book that I finished in a couple of weeks. But nearly 5 years later I see the book and think to myself you know what, while corona virus is still around i dont think I will be to busy any time soon. So i opened it up and read it and read it and read it untill it was much past my bedtime. Eventully i stoped about half way through to go to sleep but WOW I had clealy forgoten just how good it is.I strongly recomend this book to anyone around 9 and up it is so suspencfull and exciting I loved it and i think that you will to!!Note: as a 13 year old i dont read thaaaat much but this is a seiries that i will definitely read very quickly and enjoy alot.

I absolutely love this series. The first book is definitely the best book so far. I am on the fourth book so I have'nt read them all yet. This series is a TOTAL MUST-READ!!!!!!!

My daughter loved this book , kept telling me everyday how good it was and what was happening , feel like I've read it myself , only problem is we can't seem to get the next one on the kindle , Sophie cleverly doesn't appear when we entered her name

My kids enjoyed this story. As an adult, I could guess where the plot was headed more or less, but even I was surprised by some of the twists (no spoilers!). An enjoyable read for the middle grade set.

Gripping, intense and exciting! I loved reading each and every chapter...I highly recommend it for 10 year old girls everywhere.

if you are the mystery type then you will love it it takes a about a girl that as a twin what dieds in school. ivy has to preted to be her twin abd fond missing diary pagers leavet by her twin!

I am so excited to read the next Scarlet and Ivy book! SPOILER ALERT ( if you have not read this then do not read this review!) but I can not believe that Miss Fox pushed Scarlet of the roof of her own school. ( Which in my opinion I thought that teacher's where ment to keep an eye on the students!) And also isn't it weird that there is a hatch to the roof? And by the way Aunt Pheobe is so sweet and always forgets when to do things or where things are! And don't get me started on that little monster penny! you see that I have not put capitals on her name because I don't think that she is important! I think that everyone should read this book and then the next book,And the next,And the next,And the next,And the next,OK I THINK THAT I HAVE PROVED MY POINT. ANYWAY EVERYBODY SHOLD READ THIS BOOK!
