Lots of benifit for health bitter but good
Organic Spree Kutki Herb offers a pure and natural source of Picrorhiza Kurroa, also known as Katuka Rohini, in a convenient 100-gram package. This traditional Ayurvedic herb is believed to support liver health and aid digestion, making it an intriguing option for those interested in natural supplements. While its strong, bitter taste may be challenging for some users, the product's organic certification and convenient size make it accessible for those looking to incorporate Kutki into their wellness routine. However, as with any herbal supplement, effects can vary between individuals, and it's wise to consult a healthcare professional before use, especially given the limited scientific research on its long-term benefits.

Makes a bitter tonic. Tastes so horrible but is good for your health 🫖
The media could not be loaded. Kutki is a traditional Ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries to treat a variety of ailments. This 100gr weight package of Organic Spree Kutki Herb is manufactured in India and is perfect for those looking to incorporate the ancient healing power of Ayurveda into their daily routine.Kutki - scientifically known as Picrorhiza kurroa - is a perennial herb from the family Scrophulariaceae that grows up to 10 cm high. Its roots are elongated and 5-10 cm in length, with a bitter taste. The name Picorrhiza comes from the Greek word ‘Picroz’ which means ‘bitter’ and ‘rhiza’ meaning ‘root’, referring to the bitter taste of the herb. Also, Kutki (or KATUKI in Ayurveda) is derived from the word katu. The literal meaning of this term is pungency with bitterness.I rinsed it according to the instructions on the packet. I powdered it using my mortar and pestle then dried it out under direct sunlight. Once the herbs were dried I placed 3 teaspoons (15ml) of the powdered root into a teapot and poured boiling water over it, left it to steep for a good 10 minutes and tasted it.... Goodness me! The bitterness is something else! Not disgusting and the smell is pleasant and herbal so I identified it as a necessary sacrifice for its potential benefits and downed a whole cup. No sugar or honey. Straight. It leaves a fresh and pure aftertaste. All I can say is, it's an acquired taste - I happen to like it now. It makes an amber coloured tisane/infusion.It is a completely natural and organic product - doesn't contain any chemicals. It's working well for me. I did have to adjust the quantity as 15ml is very laxative.Try it...It tastes so horrible but is good for health.
