This bag was what I needed to carry all my belongings and feel safe from pickpockets. It distributes the weight evenly and is comfortable. Occasionally the strap will come loose. That’s my only complaint.

Item took nearly a month to arrive. Once it arrived, I didn't need it anymore. The bag is cheaply made and looks cheap too. Tried to return, but the seller has never provided a return label, or details. I cancelled the return and will donate the bag. I will watch carefully who the seller is on Amazon from now on and never order from this company again.

I used this product for a 10 day Europe trip and it worked well as a crossbody that holds your stuff securely but sadly on Day 7 of the trip I noticed that a part of the stitching on the strap was starting to come apart. On Day 9 the strap that holds your phone in place broke off completely. Wish the product was better quality because I can no longer use it, after just one trip.
