The paella pan from Paelluxe I received had a large chip on the rim. I never used it, I just opened it, saw the chip and requested a replacement. I confirmed that I would pay for two pans if I didn't return the original pan. I returned the defective pan the next day. I then waited and waited for a replacement, my orders showed one was shipped two days later. Now it has been almost three weeks and no pan. I want the pan so I can use it and review it. If I receive the pan I will update this review. Do not order this pan from Paelluxe, you might get a defective pan or none at all!***Edit***After I posted the above review the seller reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement or refund my money. I chose to have them send me a new pan. The pan arrived in a timely manner. There are no chips on the useable surface, however there is exposed metal on both sides where the handles attach (see pictures). This will not affect the usability of the pan but I am concerned about rusting. Only time and use will tell. But overall I got a giant pan with a sealed cooking surface

This large pan not only looks beautiful in a darker color kitchen decor. But its non stick and fast cooking aspects make for amazing morning breakfast memories with the whole family and the neighbors who might visit. Cooking for an army this is the pan big enough for the job. Cleaning it is a handful but still quite easy compared to tradtional bought pans anywhere else.
