Not great for big ramps or big people
Likes: Lightweight, good shape, eco-friendly, reasonably pricedDislikes: Too flexible to the point (pictured) that its almost unsafe on big ramps and it makes it hard to pump and get good speed. I put risers on and still got stress cracks within the first month of use (i weigh 200lbs).Overall i think it would be a better board for a lightweight person weighing between 90 - 145lbs.

I pop my tricks like Chad Muska jumping a river gap and I'm 225
The board did feel a bit different at first. It was the concave and shape, not the material, I wasn't much a fan of. I still have a lot of hope that Bamboo skateboards catch on as a substitute for maple. Ecologically speaking, it's a far less harsh resource to cultivate. I pop my tricks like Chad Muska jumping a river gap and I'm 225. The board snapped after my fourth time skating. This isn't wholly uncommon skating for me, since I'm still hitting stair sets and handrails still. I still break a lot of boards and that's just the nature of the sport.I never thought I'd say this, but a mellower concave will better help distribute the pop in this board. As it is now, the shape doesn't distribute power to the right places. Just my opinion. Everyone has their preference on board shape and flex.

Not good if you actually skateboard.
When I first put in on the ground, it sounded like a regular skateboard would sound, if it was completely waterlogged. This board sounded like one of those wal-mart boards, just a dead "clunk"; no snap to it. Because bamboo bends some, it absorbs the shock of the pop and it's pretty crappy to do tricks on. If this were "better" in every way, then pros would be skating this.Want something to commute on that will last a long time? This is fine. Want pop like Luan? Stick to Canadian maple.

Great for custom art
Great board for artists to create customized decks. Sanded it down, painted in acrylic and now I’m going to do an epoxy resin pour to seal it (so it doesn’t get destroyed immediately... just eventually 😂)

Nice deck board, recommend
This deck is beautiful. I definitely recommend. It’s not as lightweight as I expected, it looks like only the outside layers are made by bamboo, the kernels might be still wood. But it’s ok, it might be so for strength. I have no idea about deck manufacturing, I can’t comment. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the location of the branding is very annoying and unnecessary. Since I put graphics on the top side, and used clear grip tap, the branding and the board size number become visible. A better place would be on the back side in between the screw holes, so that they will be covered by the truck.A removable sticker would be even better. Overall, I love it and will buy again.

Awesome skateboard
I was hesitant to buy a bamboo board because I have been riding maple decks for the last 20 years but I can say now that I really like the way it feels. It does seem to have a little more "pop" than other decks I have ridden. It doesn't feel soft at all and actually I think it feels a little stiffer than my last deck. It slides really well. The hardness of the bamboo make it slide really fast. I will be buying these from now on.

Prepare for some splinters
I love the contour of this deck and it does deliver a decent amount of pop, however if you plan to use this outside of a park on city concrete and asphalt, prepare to sand down the lip frequently to avoid splinters. This deck wears much quicker than any other deck I’ve owned.

Has been holding up
I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, considering that reviews seemed pretty split between people being really happy with the durability, and the deck breaking rather quickly. I've been riding it for nearly a month now, and it's been holding up. I'm pretty new to skating, so I'm probably not the most intense rider when it comes to stress testing, but I've been trying to practice some of my first tricks and I've been letting some of my bigger friends noodle around on the board, and it hasn't been showing any signs of major damage. Happy with the time I've gotten out of it for the price.I don't have anything to really compare this against, besides a friend's board, but for anyone who is curious, it does have a deep concave, and it does feel pretty light.
